Sunrise Resort PH4

Wish we could have stayed longer. Great condo, pool, hot tub etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect size for my family of 5. Full kitchen with everything we needed for meals. Balcony was big, with great views. Big bedrooms and having 2-1/2 baths was a plus! Very clean, and overall great place!

This apartment was very nice. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed and more. The view was great and the apartment was comfortable. The only thing we did not like was the location of the corner kitchen sink which made doing dishes fairly uncomfortable. But that wasn’t a big enough deal to detract from our stay. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great location. Walked everywhere from grocery store to beach.

We landed upon a pure gem. The penthouse was spotless and perfectly appointed and the view was beyond words. It was a sweet and joyful place. We would love to return again and again! This was an ideal place to call home away from home!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in St. Pete Beach! The location couldn't be more perfect—steps away from beach bars across the street and with stunning views of both the bay and the beach. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host was quick to respond to any questions I had. The space was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything needed for a beach getaway. The complex had lots of great amenities, including a pickleball court with paddles provided and beach gear for guests to use. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy St. Pete Beach!

Great Place!

Beautiful place to stay. The views were perfect, plenty of space, clean, walked across the street to beach, walked to restaurants, bay was amazing, manatees right at the dock, good fishing, and all items that you could need were in unit. We would definitely return. Lovely location and beautiful unit.

Our rental experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend this condo AND the rental agency. Steps to everything - water, sand, restaurants, groceries. We'll definitely be back!!

Extremely clean and perfect location! Beach view out of the front and inner coastal view out of the back. Plenty of room for the family and very nice updates!

The Sunrise resort was fantastic. The pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball court and shuffleboard area were all in good condition. And there were rackets, balls and other equipment there for guests to use. We didn't fish from the private pier or use the grill area but those areas looked nice, too. The woman in the management office was very nice and helpful. The PH4 unit was a bit dated and the screen doors didn't slide easily. But it was very spacious and had a nicely stocked kitchen. We didn't hear any complaints from our 4 teenagers. We all enjoyed our stay.

This condo is in a great location. Just steps from the beach and many great shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room to relax. We enjoyed the sunrises from our balcony and the sunsets from the beach. We had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch each day. We enjoyed many great restaurants each evening for dinner. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water. There were plenty of towels. We brought our own beach towels though. The washer and dryer were great too. We would definitely stay at Sunrise again.

This is a great location for St. Pete Beach. Beach access right across the street. Pool on the bayside. Many bar and restaurants very close and walking distance. I always stay at Sunrise resort when in St. Pete Beach. The stay was great!! The office people at 5445 Gulf Blvd were awesome!!!

We’ve stayed at the Sunrise Resort for many years in various units. Very nice location. Pool, hot tub and grounds are very well maintained. On site management and maintenance team (Dawn,Nancy,Steve) is great; very helpful and responsive. However PH4 is the least inviting condo we have rented. Housekeeping does a great job in sanitizing and cleaning bathrooms, kitchen etc. However, the unit is very dated. Carpeting is stained. The upholstered and leather furniture is stained and dirty. Dining chairs fabric badly stained. Patio chairs are missing straps and very dirty. Many of the towels are threadbare with holes. Other various things in disrepair that need to be updated/replaced. Kitchen appliances and laundry facilities are all in good working order.

The condo we occupied was somewhat dated and somewhat updated. It was large and open; just right for the six of us. The location is perfectly situated on Gulf Blvd, so easy to access the beach and easy to bike up and down the Blvd. There were a couple of maintenance issues which were promptly addressed by management (thank you!). The hot tub and pool area, as well as the grounds are well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return!
