Fabulous condo right across from the beach! Incredible views.

Nice quiet condo with nice views of water in two directions. Would happily stay again if our travels took us there.

We had a great time in St Pete Beach. The place was very clean and welcoming. The back patio overlooking the bay was spacious and we enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings and I even worked a bit because the sun doesn’t glare on screens in the afternoon. The Bay view is gorgeous, we even saw 2 manatees and dolphins! Pool area is clean and comfortable. The beach is an easy walk across the street. We walked everywhere and especially recommend Grove Coffee Shop and Level 11 for sunset cocktails. Two small areas that could be improved…toiletries weren’t great. Bring your own. And the TV remotes are confusing, and it’s complicated to watch live TV. An explanation document would be helpful.

Sunrise resort was perfect for our 4 day vacation to attend a wedding. We actually hung out at the resort each night at the pool, hot tub and our deck over looking the bay. We walked to restaurants each mid day and went to the beach which was easy to walk to even with our 84 year old mother. We highly recommend this resort as there even was Publix real close. we grabbed breakfast food so that we could enjoy the balcony with beautiful sunrises and watch the manatees in the bay. It was so relaxing and the suite was roomy for 5 of us especially with 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed the nightly sunsets either on the beach or on the front patio to our suite.

Beautiful place to stay at! Close to the beach & very easy access to a lot of restaurants. Views from the balcony are amazing in the morning! Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.

Was perfect!! Extremely clean and comfortable. Close to everything especially the beach. Will be back!!

Very nice & clean property in a great location.

The condo was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. My family and I could not have asked for a better location for our get-away. The only noticeable issue was a slight plumbing issue in the front bathroom but as soon as office management was notified, the issue was completely resolved within hours. Top notch establishment! I only wish Hurricane Ian had not driven us out before the end of our scheduled stay. We will certainly be returning :)

We stayed here for a wedding that was being held at a resort across the street and it was great. Easy walk to the beach, nice pool and hot tub, plenty of restaurants to walk to. Wouldn't hesitate booking this property if you're looking to visit the beaches of St. Pete.

We stayed at this property for a wedding being held at the Sirata across the street and everything was great. Base don conversations with guests staying at other resorts in the area they talked about mold and uncleanliness but we couldn't relate. Everything was very clean, stocked, and maintained well.

The only negative I heard from our group was one person talking about how firm the mattresses were but that's all preference.

Would highly recommend this property.

Be sure to add this one to your list of places to visit on the West Coast... we already booked our next stay!

Great facility. The directions to were great and we had everything we needed. The view from out balcony was fantastic as was the front porch area.

It was a great condo. This was my third stay at Sunrise. Complaint - our washing machine was broken and the pull out couch had springs coming through. Not sleepable. Bought an air mattress.

I really liked the location, there are restaurants nearby, the apartment was quiet and beautiful and it was very easy to check in

I had an amazing stay at this condo unit in St. Pete Beach, FL. Great for families and right across from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and daily activities to be done. Highly recommended.

Sunrise resort in st Pete’s was absolutely fabulous based on location, amenities, cleanliness, etc. We rented two condo’s for a long weekend for a wedding. The resort was perfect with the manatees floating in the bay which we could see from our balcony and a walk across the street to the beach to watch the sunset. Many restaurants in walking distance which was a big convenience. Recommend this place for a get-away.

This vacation rental experience was a great one. It looked like the pictures and was in a very good location. I would stay here again!

This was our 3rd year at Sunrise Resort and it did not disappoint! Our unit was exactly what we needed for two couples to share, front BR is quite small but the queen bed is very comfortable and drawer space ample. Unpack and stash suitcases away and there is enough room to move around. With the second bathroom right next to the bedroom it worked out fine. Kitchen was well stocked for us to be able to eat in most nights and the grills down in the gazebo area made for some delicious dinners. Pool is small but with lots of deck space and chairs it, too, is perfect. We enjoyed our week of relaxing and already booked our 4th year at Sunrise for next year!

We could not be more pleased with our rental experience. Our condo was beautiful, clean, and a great location. The resort is beautiful and close to restaurants, activities, and attractions.

Perfect location for a less-stress trip for families. A pool to relax at when the beach gets too hot, close to shopping and putt-putt golf. We also loved playing shuffleboard together on your court!

Our condo was very comfortable. Beach is an easy walk across the street. Property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful with all my questions. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The sunrise resort is a great place to say. It’s right across from the beach plenty restaurants in walking distance and a great location.
Nice pool and a place to cook out. The staff that works there or excellent.

The views and the property are great, pool area was very nice and even had a small dock and covered grilling area. Parking was convenient and close to the beach. Had a few maintenance issues that they offered to fix but I didn’t want my vacation interrupted with multiple repairman visits. Overall we had a good time here.

We stayed in unit 608 for one week and enjoyed our time this year. There were several days that noisy maintenance and pool closures limited our enjoyment. Also there were some very noisy visitors on the fifth floor.

We loved this unit! Perfect for our girls trip!

Had a great week there but would recommend suppling more linens. We had a pull out couch with no blankets or sheets. Awesome view and amenities. Would definitely recommend.

The Sunrise Resort was in a great location! Easily walkable to the beach, several stores and restaurants. Unit 608 was clean and welcoming. When we arrived the lights were on and cute towel animals were on the beds. There were guest amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen.overall, a great place to rent! We would definitely do so again.

I really enjoyed this condo. Everything was very nicely decorated and modern inside. It had a really nice pull out bed, so it fit my family perfect. They even had a Keurig! It's a penthouse, so I enjoyed great views from both sides and everything is a short walk to all the fun spots on St Pete!! Sorry I had to leave but I am looking forward to renting this unit again this summer.
