We couldn’t have picked a better location to spend our holiday vacation. Great experience overall.

Everything was great, absolutely no issues of any kind.

The condo is very comfortable. The manatees out back made it unique and fun. We were there for our son’s wedding at Bellwether and this was convenient and the perfect locale. Beach access and the pool was wonderful. Would recommend to anyone!

We loved our time this weekend in the condo! The views were great from both ends of the unit. The staff is very friendly and accommodated our request for a late checkout. The unit was clean and very close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. There were beach chairs, towels, and toys provided which made our walks to the beach even more enjoyable. Can’t recommend this Airbnb more!

The view from the balcony is amazing! The place is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there! Only thing I would request is some basic items in the kitchen such as salt & pepper and olive oil. But the Publix is close so no big deal. Would definitely stay again!

The place was perfect. It was centrally located, right across from the beach. Room was great for 2 adult couples. Restaurants in area were fantastic. Check in instructions were on point. Hurricane passed through days before we were set to check in. They kept in touch with us to keep us informed on status of property and area in general.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4, beautiful view from our balcony. We even saw dolphins and manatees in the bay. The beach was right across the street and the condo had beach chairs, umbrella and anything else you would need for your day at the beach. We had no issues with access to the condo and it was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it was beautifully decorated. Everything was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was a great place to stay for a few nights with our young baby. Very clean, easy access to the pool, short walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants near by. The home is fully stocked with kitchen gear, though there are absolutely zero pantry items that you typically find at an Airbnb, not even salt and pepper. Something to be aware of when grocery shopping. The area is walkable for beach access, but otherwise recommend driving to restaurants and other activities since it’s on a super busy road. You can catch some incredible (partially obstructed) sunsets from the front balcony, and peaceful sunrises from the back balcony. Host was communicative and proactive with check in and check out instructions. Overall good stay.

Loved the location and the property. Easy access to the beach and the pool was never crowded. The room was clean. The beach chairs and umbrella provided in the room were cheap and most of the chairs were broken. However, the property had good beach chairs and umbrellas that we could borrow. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was in beautifully updated decor and had been renovated. Had everything available from pots, pans, utensils, to plenty of towels, paper products and beach equipment. 5 STAR experience that allows you to wake up to beautiful sunrises on the patio or walkway to sunsets from the front porch with beach access directly across from condo. The condo was very clean and had a lovely gift basket when we arrived...which was a nice treat!

Condo had everything available that you could ever need. Clean, spacious and perfect balcony to watch spectacular sunrises on 5th floor to watching gorgeous sunsets from the front patio. Amenities provided as well as some beach equipment. Beach being across the street was wonderful! We've stayed at this complex over 7 times and will chose again and again.

Very nice condo! Views were so good with the beautiful bay out the back deck & the ocean view from the front door. Both beds were very comfortable and living area was real cozy. Loved it!

This has been our 7th time staying at this resort and it never disappoints . Staff are friendly and very helpful. Grounds and pool are immaculate and the condos are always clean, bright and spacious. Can't wait to book again!!!!

When visiting St. Pete Beach, this is the place to stay for comfort and relaxation. The view from rear balcony provides a nestling little area to eat, drink, read or simply taking in the scenic view of the Bay. If you are lucky enough, you too will see a few Manatee and native cranes and pelicans in the channel.

Our fully furnished condo unit was very clean and comfortable and contained every amenity needed for the 5 nights that we stayed. Office staff members were courteous and helpful whenever you asked for anything. The 1 free parking spot is at no cost for guests but you can also take advantage off the free electric shuttle by downloading the Freebee App. Everything is within walking distance if you're step counting.

Our stay at Sunrise Resort was excellent. From the accommodations, to the pool area, to the gas grills....all excellent! Well maintained, quiet property located within walking distance to beach, restaurants, and bars!

Honestly would stay here again 1000%. We really enjoyed our stay here other than an issue that was resolved to the best of their ability during arrival everything was perfect! We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Everything was great! Just what was described in the description and looks just like the pictures. Right on the bay and a very short walk to St. Pete Beach access. So many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Clean pool and jacuzzi on-site if you need a break from the beach. The host was very responsive and they have staff on-site if need be. The room has beach chairs and pool/beach items if need be (rental prices on the beach were very high). Would highly recommend this AirBNB location. (Only downfall/negative is a 4PM check-in)

The condo I rented was just like the photos. I chose it because of the decor and view. Being on the 5th floor gave me a great view of the intercoastal. Great pool! Within walking distance of many restaurants and directly across the street from the beach. This was my third stay at Sunrise Resort.

We loved the experience. Everything was great and will probably book for next year. You can wake up and catch the sunrise from the balcony and later catch the sunset from the chairs at your front door. Everyone was really nice that we met at the pool.

Condo cleaning.... Average at best

Sunrise Resort is always a great condo experience. The grounds and landscaping are very well maintained. The pool is fun and you can experience both the sunrise and the sunset.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Resort! People who work there are absolutely fabulous at their jobs! Everything was clean and perfect! I didn’t really want to leave! Of course the weather and location where perfect! We will be back!

Unit 507 is nothing less than perfect. The decor was lovely, the view was MAGNIFICIENT, awesome location to walk to beach, restaurants, etc. The property is beautifully landscaped and check in was seamless. The 4 of us will definitely be back again!

After numerous stays at the Sunrise we think 507 is the perfect unit. Remodeled, clean, well equipped, great 5th floor views. The covered grilling area is always clean and easy to use. The heated pool and the hot tub are clean and always ready.

From the moment we opened the door , the warmth n beauty greeted us! The condo was just the right size for a week away from all the hustle n bustle. The bay view was tranquil. The area was just perfect. Find out for yourself...You won’t be disappointed.

Great location had family wedding and condo was able to comfortably accommodate all of us. Easy to get grocery’s and attend events at nearby restaurant and bars on gulf blvd

This was one of the best units in the complex. Well furnished and decorated. Great views from the rear balcony. Two king sized beds, with a plush foam mattress topper. Large TVs in every room, with great channel choices. Amble beach chairs and towels included.

Building perfectly situated a short walk across the street and down a path to the beach. Hi f you want to rent chairs and an umbrella the hotel to the left once on the beach will rent you everything for $20/day.

Restaurant, stores, liquor stores are all within walking distance as well.

Communication before, during and after we always prompt from the Nexthome rep.

From the second we arrived we knew we had chosen the right place for the vacation of a lifetime! From the warm welcome at check in, to the stunning views both front and back we were blown away with the location! The unit #507 was clean, updated, and beyond comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect, as was the view of the manatees and dolphins in the bay. The short walk across the street to the beach access was wonderful as well. Everything you would ever need was within a short walk from groceries, to liquor, to beach supplies and restaurants and bars. Cannot wait to return!
