The condo was clean and well maintained. Great location and beautiful views. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Felt the building was safe and secure. Enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return for another getaway.

First time visiting St. Pete and we had a blast. The accommodations were great and we felt right at home

This place was perfect! The view of the bay was beautiful, condo was nicely decorated and well maintained, and there were lots of fun places that were walkable. We will definitely be back!

Great location! So close to the beach and you can easily walk to many places to eat. The office staff was very nice and helpful. The overall grounds were clean but it did get a little loud in the evening. It was nice that there were pool floats, beach chairs and an umbrella available to use.

Great place! Communication with the office was amazing. Check in and check out was a breeze. One of the people staying with us left a personal item behind and the front desk went out of their way to help find and return it. Location was great, right across from the beach. Beach equipment was provided. Would 100% go back to this condominium!

The location of the property was perfect. The two-bedroom rental was just right the right size. Very clean and comfortable. The onsite staff was very accommodating, and the amenities on the property were all clean and well-maintained. Could not have asked for more.

This amazing condo in St. Pete is spacious, clean, includes great amenities in a spectacular location. It was a few minute walk to the powdery, sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of St. Pete Beach. Our family enjoyed grilling by the condo pool and eating dinner on the condo's balcony overlooking the vast waters of the bay with cool breezes blowing in.

The location was perfect!!! Right on the bay. Saw a manatee and her baby one morning! The sofa had cardboard under the cushions and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned out in a while but for the most part found the apartment clean. The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked if anyone wanted to cook for a family. Only one large knife. Overall I would say I would rent this place again because of the beautiful location!

A great, clean place to stay. Right across from the hotel where our conference was. Everything we needed was there. Entering and leaving was easy. Would stay here again, no question!

I’ve been to St. Pete beach a number of times and stayed in several hotels. This AirBnB was 2/3 of the price of similar hotels, but the room was bigger and nicer. The location is excellent and we had a lovely stay.

Since we have been coming (3 years)everything has gone so smooth. Nothing but top notch service from the staff....other renters, owners have always welcomed us and made us feel at home.

We have stayed here before. Love the location. 505 needs updating and maintenance. Tub in main bathroom is old. No slip guards on bottom and husband nearly fell. We fashioned a temporary solution. Couches and rug in living area are old, dirty and the couch has a musty odor.
Staff was great. Property is wonderful.

Nice condo in ideal location. Clean safe environment in walking distance to everything you need (beach, grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, bars etc.) Highly recommended.

The views were beautiful...sunrises, manatees, pelicans and occasional dolphins from the back patio and sunsets and ocean view from e front. Location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, restaurants and groceries.

The bay front condo was very clean, comfortable and had a great view of the bay. With a short walk across the street, you could be on the beautiful beach. We liked our stay very much

First time staying at Sunrise. Perfect location. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and across the street from the beach. The condo unit was exactly as pictured, very clean, well stocked with kitchen items to make a meal in and plenty of room!! The staff was exceptionally nice! Would definitely recommend and will be back!!

We had a wonderful time at our stay in unit 505. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The unit was perfect for our needs. The views were awesome and we enjoyed the sunrise off our balcony every morning. The area was within walking distance of the gulf, restaurants, and shopping. The pool area was great. The unit had the basics that we needed to get our week started, we would definitely consider staying at Sunrise again!! Also, we enjoyed watching the manatee’s come and visit in the bay everyday!! It was a fun week.

Great apartment right across the street from the beach. Beach chairs and noodles left by previous guests available for use and stored in closet in unit! Loved that the beach access was shared w the trade winds resort because we were able to mooch a little off their towels, bar and restroom. Definitely would stay here again.

This was a quick girls trip with no car rental. Uber and Instacart worked perfectly here. Close to the beach, close to restaurants, Sunrise Resort is an ideal location. The complimentary starter supplies nearly got us through the entire stay. The pool area is lovely with plenty of chairs. We had manatees visiting the dock area daily. The only slight negative was an inconvenient tub/shower door and lack of a grab bar in the master tub/shower. Also the kitchen shade was missing slats so there wasnt 100% closure/privacy. The master BR carpet could stand to be replaced. These things could not dampen our fun however. This is a great place/location. .

We had a great stay! The condo unit is just a short walk across the street to the beach. The views of the water from the balcony are great and the pool facility and grounds are well kept. The condo was comfortable and had everything our family needed, including chairs and an umbrella for the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We love sunrise, great location and the apartment (505) had been remodelled nicely, my only complaint is that some of the furniture and pictures remain unchanged since 1995! Will return again and again.

overall wonderful. A good deal of construction around the pool made it noisy to sit on deck in the morning but we understand work needs to get completed

The Room was clean. There are chairs on both the rear balcony and the front porch. The kitchen had all of the necessities. We enjoyed the tennis/pickleball courts. The beach is a 5 minute walk. They had beach chairs and an umbrella to use. Additionally, there is a beautiful deck along the riverway.

On the flip side, the 2nd bedroom was smaller than I expected. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were under construction the week we were there. Construction at 7am. So we were unable to use. It would have been nice to know beforehand or offered some type of discount or compensation for the letdown.

Everything was awesome. Only thing I didn't like was no condiments

The condo was very nice. Close to shopping and dining and the beach was just across the street. However, the picture in the listing showed two beds in the second bedroom so I was expecting two beds for my two kids but when we got there, there was only one.

My daughter and I decided to take a short girls' vacay on Fall break to get away and enjoy family time. This was a great trip. Pictures were accurate, the location was great, the property was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely return to this place.

This was a great condo and great location to everything.

We had a nice stay. The condo had a great overlook of the water way and dolphins and manatees visited through the week. Bars and restaurants were an easy walk away. The condo was clean and had just enough amenities to make the stay easy. Staff on site during the week for issues, although we didn't have any

We loved seeing the manatee's every morning!!
