Sunrise Resort 406

Fantastic condo overlooking pool and intercoastal with dolphins and manatees. Very well maintained, cleaned and secure with covered parking. Only negative was St Pete Beach. Lots of traffic, noise and rude bar goers.

The location is fantastic being just across from the beach with the bonus of Boca Ciega at the back. Good pool and dock area, grounds well kept. The condo itself is good, not the biggest but adequate for a weeks stay. Beds are comfortable, well stocked for crockery, glasses, pots/pans for cooking should you wish. Plenty of seating inside and on balcony for the wonderful views. Having a washer / dryer in the condo is always a bonus. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, activities in area

So very happy with this rental. I have stayed in many Florida condo and this is one of my favorites. Great location, terrific staff, wonderful unit. The little inlet makes the location extra special. Walk to the beach very easy. Grocery store etc. very close. Lot's of casual places to grab a bite to eat. Starbucks and CHic Fil A - what else do you need? Staff was so helpful. Love that the office is onsite - so many are not. Steve the maintenance man was very helpful and sweet. WE used the grills and they were immaculate (many are not). Will stay here again.

This condo was clean and well equipped. Pool was clean, shuffleboard was fun. Location was great.

As described, on sight management, battery went out on keyless entry, maintenance was there is less than 5 minutes to replace battery, plenty of dishes, nice welcome basket, provided paper products , laundry soap

The suite 406 is lovely - had a wonderful week at the sunrise.

The staff at NextHome was excellent to work with. The condo was very clean and comfortable and in a perfect location. We had a great time! Thank you!!

UNit was great, love the view, very neat, clean and comfortable. The only issue were the showers.

We had a fabulous time at Sunrise Resort. Everything you could think of was made available to us. We had sports equipment and a bbq to use by the pool. The room was spacious, clean, and fully stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry, and outside seating. The office people were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this condo and we will be returning!

We enjoyed our stay in Sunrise #406. Our rental was clean, with enough space for a comfortable stay for our group of 2 adults and 2 teens. Watching the sunrise over the bay from the balcony was a great way to start the day. It's an easy walk across a somewhat busy road to get to the beautiful beach, plan for 10 minutes from your door to the beach. The closest beach entrance is just between the Tradewinds and Sirata resorts. This spot on the beach was never crowded. This particular Sunrise rental did not include any beach gear aside from 2 towels and a cooler, and neither the Tradewinds nor Sirata would rent chairs/umbrellas unless you were staying with them, so plan to bring your own or pick up some gear at one of the beach shops that are just across the street. There were plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen, water filter and ice maker in the fridge, but no hand or shower soaps. The pool area is nice although not large, so it can get crowded quickly but didn't stay crowded for long. There is a storage area near the pool with tennis, pickelball, and shuffleboard gear that we didn't discover until a few days into our stay, look for a white door where the recycling cans are. A covered parking spot was included, our parking pass was waiting for us in our room at check-in.

This vacation rental was perfect for my family. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The view of the bay was absolutely breath taking. The room is very accessible and right next to the elevator. Very quiet location. Directly across from the tradewinds where there is beach access. Within walking distance to many popular restaurants, bars, and the grocery store. This is our second time staying at sunrise resort. We already booked our 2023 spring break trip in the same unit. Couldn’t love this spot more.

We were very pleased with our stay. The pictures of the accommodations were right on and didn't mislead at all. The only negative was that the pool area was closed for maintenance for the majority of our stay and inaccessible.

This is our 2nd time at sunrise! Location is perfect! Across the street from the golf and yet East side of resort is well protected Ted from the winds give you are magnificent morning view. My husband never wants to stay anywhere but here! Unit 406 has all the comforts of home. Very well appointed unit. Comfortable beds! . Loved the unit!

We loved our stay at Sunrise. The pool was wonderful and it was a great location. The unit was perfect for 3 women. So much better than staying in a hotel.

We have stayed here numerous times and will again. Clean and comfortable with excellent view.
