Excellent and affordable. Top notch!

Everything was great at this condo which is the second time I have stayed at this location with NextHome. The unit was clean, quiet, and so convenient to everything that St. Pete Beach has to offer. The kitchen was well stocked for all of my cooking needs. NextHome was communicative and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Location is great right in the middle of St. Pete Beach. The overall property is really well maintained, they even had people cleaning the outdoor grills in the morning after people used them the night before.

The sunrise was perfect in location and clean and safe. we will be staying with them again. great pool, across street from beach. very walkable we really loved it.

Great unit. Beach is right across the street. We called agreed of time, but know the couch is NOT a pull out sofa sleeper.

We walked to everything- the beach access is right across the street. We walked to the grocery store and many restaurants easy! The grounds are immaculate! Pool and hot tub cleaned daily. The population renting/owning are a tight knit community- friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the quiet hours too. We’ll be back!!

We had a fabulous stay. It was an added bonus that the condo had beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. The balcony over the Bay was amazing. The only thing was the dryer. Sometimes it wouldn’t spin.

Third year we stayed at the Sunrise Resort. The people are very nice. The facility is kept very clean.

404 was very clean and was at it appeared in the pictures. It had everything we needed and was a great location with easy access to St Pete beach

I had no issues with checking in or out, instructions were clear and plentiful, location is just minutes from the beach and we could see both sunrise and sunset at the property.

We had a great stay with our family. We ran into a few snags with the wifi, etc. but they worked to resolve issues quickly. Location was great - easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants close by. The pool was clean and my kids really enjoyed it.

The Sunrise Resort has been our winter getaway for years now. We look forward to being there each winter and are sad to leave when it’s time to go home.

I'm not from Irvine, I'm not sure why you think I am? Everything was perfect, with the exception of two slow drains, one of which I addressed by clearing a hair clog. The other is the the bedroom tub. The property was very conveniently located and is in a beautiful setting. We would definitely stay there again

Sunrise was an amazing place to stay. Wonderful views close to beach and over all great place.

They had all the things you’d need for a great vacation: plates, Beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen utensil, grills, etc. We loved the bay view from our patio & being able to grill by the pool in the evenings. Not too far from the beach, just a quick walk across the street. Walking distance to many good restaurants & beach shops. Very clean place. Thanks for a great time!

This is a slightly older complex that has been upgraded. Quick 2-3 minute walk to beach. Beds were comfy, loved having a washer and dryer, and both showers are tiled and roomy. Only thing missing was a sheet pan. Let management know and they were on it to replace. There were four beach chairs on the balcony to take to the beach(important because we flew) and enough comfy seating for four to watch a little TV. Pool could be bigger, but wasn’t a huge deal for us as we usually stay at the beach. Not an overcrowded area at all, but also not a lot of extras to do like in PCB or Myrtle beach. Management was very helpful at check in. Our room happened to be ready early. Great little place to stay

This resort should be named No Regrets, because that is what you’ll say after checking out. The property is clean, quiet and well kept, conveniently located steps from the beach. Room 404 was stunning, spacious, clean and provided all basic living essentials. We have already recommended this room, with its amazing views, to our friends and family. We will surely be back, as we have no regrets!

We have been going to the Sunrise Resort for many years and keep coming back because of the facility itself, the location and its proximity to shopping, restaurants and of course the fabulous beach!

Our unit has everything you could need and it becomes our home away from home.

The ladies who manage the building are wonderful and take such good care of us. They want to make sure we have an unforgettable vacation.

The property is clean and well maintained. There is a pool, tennis court, pickle ball court, multiple bbq, fishing dock and beautiful St Pete Beach is literally right across the street.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and updated. Close to everything, beautiful views. The grounds were clean, pool was so warm and never crowded. It was a perfect spot for my family. We've stayed on St Pete beach many times and this is the only place i look forward to staying at again.

Very clean. Updated condo looks brand new. Beautiful balcony/deck overlooking sunrises, manatees and beautiful bay. Pool is lovely never crowded. Walk across the street to st Pete’s beach. We had beach chairs and umbrella in our condo but you can rent at beach. Location is wonderful because we walked to 5 delicious restaurants , the supermarket and Starbucks/Dunkin’ donuts. Trolley outside condo to bring you to John’s Pass or st Petersburg down area. It was 5$ for a 24 hour pass. We can’t say enough about the location and actual condo itself. The only staff we ran into was very friendly but we didn’t have any reason to need the management.

I loved this place! It was nice to have so much space.

Where do I begin? This place was absolutely beautiful, our condo was beautiful and the outside pool, and fishing dock area was great! We got to watch manatees most evenings and it was a quick walk to the beautiful St Pete beach! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Best vacation spot! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. My family and I did a lot of fishing off the dock on the bay!

We had a great time staying here! The pool is very nice, its literally 2 minutes walk from the beach and there are 2 gas BBQ's that everyone can use. We stayed in appartment 404 and we can highly recommend it! Everything was very clean, more than enough space to leave all your stuff, a giant fridge and a spectacular view of the bay. In the bay we saw dolphins and manatees. The room has airconditioning and the internet is very fast and steady. The room has a very beachy style which fits right in with the environment

Beautiful condo, updated and has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. It even comes with beach chairs and umbrellas! The views from this condos balcony are just spectaculair and peaceful at the same time. Manatees and dolphins regularly appeared below our balcony! Only minutes walk to beach, (just cross the street), Publix and various restaurants and bars. Was very sad to leave but for sure we will be back at the Sunrise and book this condo !

The complex is ideally located: just a short walk to the best beach across the street (the most sand I've ever seen); walk to any number of restaurants; walk to Publix grocery store; walk to La Casa del Pane Italian Deli.
Downtown St Petersburg is a short drive away. Unfortunately Haslam's Bookstore closed.
A number of State Parks are just a short drive away.
The tennis court has been recently resurfaced with the addition of pickle ball markings if that's your thing.
We were without our car for a few days but had no difficulty without it; in fact we were contemplating not having a car next year.
The apartment we had was very clean and well appointed with a million dollar view (check out the price of the houses facing the inlet). We've come here for the past five years (not counting the border closure) and are booked again for 2023.

Always love staying at Sunrise and the staff and place were awesome. We've had friends coming here for years and we finally rented ourselves and not disappointed. Look forward to it again next year. The weather was perfect too!

Very clean, updated and nicely decorated condo. Nice pool on intercoastal with beach across the street. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful view from balcony.

Great stay and location! There were two couples in our group and having the two bedrooms and two bathrooms was so nice. Plus since we were there in August there was no one really at the resort with us so we had plenty of quiet and space at the pool and common areas. Location was amazing. We were right across the street from the beach and a short walk or drive to the grocery store to cook or have snacks at the place. Highly recommend staying here!

The most beautiful and peaceful place, excellently managed by NextHome , Nancy, Dawn and Steve are extremely supportive and attentive to every single detail , this gorgeous place is just hard to describe, the apartment is in perfect conditions Beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed. We had previously rented unit 501 beautiful unit with a gorgeous view but the management company was not what we hoped so unfortunately it really affected our experience but we are so grateful to have found Nancy who was so supportive to help us with the rental process and we found a jewel, unit 404 has the most espectacular views and it is just kept impeccable. Thank you Nancy, Dawn and Steve for making us feel like home and congratulations for doing an amazing job with the resort!!! You aré truly wonderful!!!
