Location was great, place was clean and just as described. Beds were comfortable and clean. The only helpful feedback I could give is to provide at least a couple extra towels and front bedroom could really use some darkening curtains for night, the light outside the window to light the exterior hallways is on all night and made it so the room did not darken at all. Overall great stay and would recommend.

My husband and I had a great stay at this condo during our visit to St. Pete beach. The location is fantastic with many restaurants and shops in walking distance as well as a quick walk to the beach. We loved the peaceful bay view. We saw manatee and dolphin almost every day from our balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Yes, I saw Manatees from my deck! It was a convenient location for me; clean, upkept property with beach chair & towels. I would stay here again.

Very good view of the bay. The grounds were kept spotless. Our unit had nice furnishings. The condo was located within easy walking to restaurants, shops and the beach.

We loved our stay at this property! It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed! They had games for us and the kids and an awesome cart to take to/from the beach. Great apps on the TV for us to watch kids shows and movies for adults. We would love to stay here again.

We have stayed in this building before, but not this unit. Great views of the inlet, with manatees playing everyday. Unit was well laid out, with everything you would need. The king bed was extremely comfortable. Great water pressure in the main shower. Plenty of ice from the ice machine in the freezer.

Absolutely loved viewing the sunrise off the back balcony and then the sunset on the front porch area! Perfect spot and amenities! The host was extremely responsive and extremely helpful. The place had everything we needed and was the perfect spot for a long weekend! We enjoyed the pool and saw manatees every day! Great spot! Will definitely come back again!

We stayed for a week, family of four, we had a great time! The pictures are accurate, the pool was never crowded, the beach was within walking distance and everything was clean. A cart with beach chairs and umbrella was included, which was very nice.

We had an awesome week! Property was well-managed and the office staff was very nice and helpful! Overall, 11 out of 10 experience! We will for sure return!

I enjoyed staying at the Sunrise my room was very nice and clean love the bbq grill and pool.enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning

Once again we had an excellent vacation at the the Sunrise resort
Unfortunately on arrival after a long flight, we found that the closets in both bedrooms were full, of either beach items( surfboard beach chairs trolley etc) or a unit full of games toys cleaner fan and other bits and pieces.
Only after cleaning the closet were we able to make space to hang our clothes up, as we’re staying for 20 nights
The property was clean and well decorated and more up to date than the photos of the apartment
The location is excellent being so close to the beach shops and restaurants
We have stayed many times in different condos in the resort and are booked in the Sunrise resort again next year but on a higher floor
The on-site staff were very helpful and the gardens are well maintained
We managed to move some of the cleaning equipment into the cupboard in the kitchen, which was already pretty full, and the beach equipment onto the balcony.
We informed the office of this and they were ok with that.

Great views, lots of room. We had four adults in this condo, and it was great. We are writers, and we used the balcony as our waterview "office" Unit was clean and well-equipped.

Condo was in great location and walkable to beach, restaurants and activities. Amenities were good and everything you need for beach is in room. There were only 2 of us in condo so plenty of room. Great views from the balcony of the bay. Would stay here again.

My friends and I have stayed in this complex a few times now. The condos are great! Well-maintained, well-stocked, and so close to everything on SPB. I wish the check-in time was before 4, but the staff were accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

Booked 3 units for a family vacation. The location is perfect! We could see the ocean from the front door and the bay from our back door. My grandkids had the best time! Our 9yr old grandson said he would much rather shovel sand than snow. We made so many memories. Thank you Sunrise Resort!

Condo 402 was in good condition and the cleanliness made us comfortable. The view was amazing and even more amazing was there was manatees in the bay every day and even some dolphins on one day. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and local shops.

First time using the service and staying in this location but they made it very easy and the accommodations were right on point for what I needed for the stay to work and get used to the area.

The condo is in great shape and very clean. Filled with pool toys and board games. Proximity to everything on the Blvd. is only a Freebee away. My friends and I loved the space and location. The amenities and view from the balcony were more than expected. Thank you again for the opportunity.

You can’t beat the view at the Sunrise Resort! Sitting and drinking my morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise over Boca Ciega Bay was the best! Our condo was clean and comfortable—perfect for my husband and me and our two sons. My boys loved the pool and I loved the hot tub! It was so great to be able to walk to the beach and lots of wonderful restaurants. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and Nancy and Dawn in the office were truly helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to be back again soon!

Everything was perfect with the exception of the TV and electronics associated with the TV. Upon arrival neither worked. Upon contacting the office they did rectify the situation by disconnecting much of the equipment. While we were able to enjoy the TV, we also had to look at hanging wires throughout the stay.

We had a very good stay The property is well maintained with daily upkeep. The office is ready to help when needed Our unit was in prime condition. The facilities are great.

View the sunrise from the roomy patio, while manatees play and pelicans dive. Walk across the street to watch the sun set across the magnificent gulf while resting your feet in soft sand. This rental is in a great location!

We stayed at Sunrise Resort for 18 days in March. The unit was absolutely delightful. It was in a great location with a beautiful view. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a pool and the beach was a block away. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. We had a fantastic time and are planning to go back next year.

We were fortunate to get our Spring Break Vacation in before the beaches closed and the Country went into isolation. We can look back now on our trip with fond memories. Perfect amenities and short walk to beach. Staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to make stay nice. Loved using nice grills. Other guests were equally as friendly. I would go back again.
