Great location, beach is a short walk across the street , plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay .

Fantastic location in St Pete Beach…quiet setting on Boca Ciega Bay with daily dolphin and manatee sightings, well kept grounds and pool…easy walk to beach and restaurants. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent location!

Although my friends and I didn't get to stay at the property due to Hurricane Ian, we really appreciated how easy it was to work with NextHome and the friendliness of their correspondence with me. We look familiar to visiting in the near future due to their professionalism and we already know how much we love the Sunrise property. NextHome is definitely great to work with!

We were extremely happy with our stay here! The condo and location are fantastic! So nice to walk across the street, enjoy the beautiful beach and come back to the pool and grill some dinner. While enjoying our balcony we saw manatee and dolphins in the bay! Cannot recommend this condo enough and we hope to stay here again.

Beautiful condo, great location, nice pool area!

We were thrilled with this lovely beach home! We enjoyed beautiful views of the bay and such easy beach access RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!! I would absolutely stay here again. The only complaint we had was the queen bed felt like a box spring and my friends said it was a little hard to sleep on. The master bed was very comfortable. The location is the absolute best part of this place. The hosts were very communicative and the condo was spotless. Definitely recommend.

Everything was wonderful. Loved having the amenities to head to the beach with provided. It was really appreciated. The place was well described and we enjoyed the stay.

My best friends and I stayed here and it was amazing. The condo is beautiful and extremely clean. Fully accommodated with kitchen supplies and even beach supplies. Super awesome place will rebook in the future

Sunrise is a fabulous location- only a few minutes walk to the beach across the street, but also located in beautifully kept grounds on the waterway. We did indeed see manatees (mother and her baby) right under our balcony and a group of dolphins!
Management team were very helpful letting us know our accommodation was ready to access, and we were grateful for being able to get in before the official check in time.
The accommodation was very clean on arrival. Nice bed linens, firm beds (actually our preference), great fridge/freezer (lots of ice!), useful washer, dryer and dishwasher. Lovely pool that was very warm in July.
Unit 401 could maybe do with some decorative touch-ups and, if I owned it, a new kitchen! But this in no way affected our enjoyment. Maybe the owner could invest in more comfortable patio furniture and a blender (for iced drinks) would be my only suggestion.
I do recommend both Sunrise and Unit 401 (low numbers on each floor have the best views in my opinion!)

We were in town for a vacation and a wedding and really enjoyed our stay. Unit was well-appointed with thoughtful supplies. Loved being able to look at the bay from the back porch and the Gulf from the front! And enjoyed that the pool is in the sun through lunchtime and then gets shade in the heat of the late afternoon when we were too hot on the beach. Orientation also keeps the back porch and living spaces from getting too hot or having to close blinds through sunset. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely come back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise condo. Excellent location to beach, restaurants,beach stores, grocery store and over 21 refreshment store. Everything at and around the condo grounds is impeccable! The condo we stayed in was in need of a little tlc but fit our needs perfectly. Looking forward to doing it again next year!

The condo is located in a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained property...an easy walk to the beach! The condo is very comfortable and has a fantastic view of Boca Ciega Bay...plenty of sunrises, dolphins and manatees to see!

We stayed at Unit 401 in Sunrise Resort from 3/12-3/25. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. We saw many manatees and dolphins during our stay. The unit has a new updated kitchen if that’s your thing. We went out every night to enjoy the many restaurants in St Pete’s. Sunrise is conveniently located to the many things St Pete’s has to offer. I would highly recommend Sunrise Resort as your vacation destination

Unit location was great. The grounds and pool area very well maintained. This particular unit was clean but needed work. Both showers were crowded. Many of the cabinets loose and banged up. Lots of small things needed up keep. I love the location but so maybe a different unit or the owners spend some money and time updates.

This place has it all, perfect for a quick getaway or a long stay. 2 bedrooms each with bathrooms, full size appliances, private balcony, it was AWESOME

This very cute and clean condo was in the best location. The patio had the best view of the bay and beautiful sunrises, hence the name of the resort. You could also see the ocean from the front. Easy walk across the street to beautiful beach and water. Ready walk to restaurants, bars, and stores . Condo had everything we needed, including beach towels and chairs. Would definitely go back.

The views of sunrise and sunset can’t be beat. On site maintenance and management personal are a plus.

It was nice. The room was very nice and clean. The host was very nice.

We had a great time visiting and the accommodations were awesome. View of inter coastal waterway where manatees played and also view of Gulf from the front. Felt very safe as the beach was not crowded. The ladies in the rental office were outstanding and helped us with whatever we needed.

This was a wonderful condo to stay in while having our gulf beach weekend getaway. The beach is walking distance just across the stress. You have a view of the bay - gorgeous. The pool and hot tube were well kept and very enjoyable after a long day at the beach. The condo was clean and comfy with a great loaner beach umbrella and useful stacked washer dryer in unit! Loved the property management company too.
