Sunrise Resort 304 -

Had an amazing week with a great view!!

Space is exactly as pictured. East check-in/out. Great balcony overlooking the water. We saw manatees and dolphins right from our room.

We loved our stay at Sunrise resort!!! When they say come stay with the Manatees- they are not kidding!!! So cool to watch them with the sunrise every morning and then go to the front porch and enjoy sunsets every night!!! Just the right size for the four of us and everything we needed! The place was meticulously clean and attention to detail at the pool and grounds was apparent everywhere! We have nothing bad to say and would 100% stay again!!!

We loved the location, even if it was not right on the beach. The condo is the perfect size for 2-4 guests, and is beautifully decorated. The bed in this unit is superb! The shower in the master needs some attention. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. We will be back!

304 was the perfect place for some family fun. The location was perfect...the pool was perfect...the staff was perfect. The wifi was in and out, but honestly, we were all sp busy having fun, we hardly noticed. We started our trip being upclose with dolphins and ended our trip with a visit from a mama manatee and her sweet baby. Every night, we sat on the spacious deck and recounted our wonderful day. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay in Condo 304! Everything was just as described. They were not kidding when they say stay with the Manatees- we saw them every morning! The staff were so friendly and kept the place immaculate! Every morning we saw all the pool chairs being cleaned and grounds being taken care of. The location is perfect- right across from the beach and bay behind you. You could stay without a car as everything is within walking distance. The large porch was awesome. Condo was very clean upon arrival with nice extra touches. The hot tub stopped heating during our stay and I reported it. I got a call back within 5 minutes and the next day they were working on it. Very impressed with the entire place and would 100% stay again!!!!

We had a great time & enjoyed visits from family and with friends in the area. It was very cool in the evenings but condo was comfortable & heat worked. Also took some trips to see local attractions which included Fort DeSoto Park & Sunset Key Park plus Boyd Hill Nature Center(recommend you take the guided tour)

We have stayed here multiple times different condos. Dawn, Nancy snd Steve are great and always are helpful.

Centrally located on the opposite side of Gulf Blvd with lighted Crosswalk and public walkway to beach, approx,3oo feet away. I have vacationed numerous times at St Pete's and would rate Sunrise one of the best.

Our 2 week stay at this resort surpassed our expectations! The unit was updated in the past 2+ years and was spotless! The grounds and pool area was immaculate and the office staff super friendly and very helpful. Across the street from the beach and walking distance to grocery store, shopping and restaurants! Will definitely be back!

We’ve been staying hear once or twice a year for a decade. We’ve never had a bad experience. The apartments are all modern, and well furnished with all the amenities a family could need for a week at the beach. This trip we stayed at apt #304 and it was excellent.

From the wonderful support from the staff to the amazing views in the beautiful condo, this vacation had everything we needed or wanted. Perfect location on the intercostal with sunrise views and a short walk across the boulevard to the beach, great walkability to food and supplies, all in all a perfect spot and can’t wait to return. Everything was nice. Appreciate washer & dryer in each unit. Living room furniture was uncomfortable but found out it is to be replaced in March. This year was noisier than usual because of construction on Golf Blvd. but that is not the fault of the Sunrise Resort. Beautiful evening with the full moon reflected on Boca Ciega Bay

We have visited Sunrise Resort many times over the last 15 years and it is always enjoyable. The location and views are perfect, as always. The amenities within the condo itself as well as the property help to bring the comforts of home, while also enjoying the luxuries of vacation.

Beautiful place on the inlet. Walking distance to everything, beach, stores, etc... had a great time.

Very good. Will stay here again on our next trip to St Pete Beach.

This was our first visit to St. Pete. I stayed in this unit with my husband, 9 year old and my mom and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location is great. There is a beach right across the street within walking distance along with shops, restaurants and a grocery story all close by. We had a car but it would be easy to get around just by walking. The property was clean and family friendly. I watched my son play in the pool with other children from my balcony on the 3rd floor.

This is our family’s second time visiting this unit at Sunrise and it now feels like a second home for us! The space is just right for our family of four. Tasteful furnishings and well maintained with a friendly crew. We appreciate the finishing touches provided by the owners! Convenient proximity to the bay and the ocean with a great pool, shuffleboard and tennis court. If I could make any suggestion, it would be to update the blinds, but have thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here!

Great location with a view of the bay and a short walk to the beach. A great quiet place with many repeat guests. Condo is small, but ample for two people.

Old building so unit is small but comfortable for two people with nice upgrades. Very clean. Lovely sunrise view over bay water. Sunsets obstructed by road. You’re not on the actual beach. Central location, very accessible.

Amazing accommodations! Steps from the beach, minutes from tons of restaurants, and close to the supermarket for those nights you want to stay in and cook. Really allowed me to have the comforts of home for the entire stay.

We loved Sunrise Resort. The location was great, the apartment was clean and well stocked with towels, soap, trash bags, etc. The pool area was perfect for our family, we used the BBQ grill and had lunch at the tables each day. It was such a wonderful trip, we would definitely stay there again! The building manager Nancy was extremely nice and helpful.
