Sunrise Resort 212

We absolutely loved the condo and it was perfect for our family to get away for a long weekend. The kids absolutely loved having their own room on vacation and my husband I enjoyed sitting on the deck as the sun went down having our glass of wine. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had breakfast and lunch at the condo daily and would go out to dinner. Next we will check out the on site grills and deff grill out while the kids play in the pool. Check in was clear and easy, everything was outlined as what would be provided in the unit and they had it and more. Thanks for an excellent stay!

We enjoyed our 2 wk stay. Condo was comfy, clean, and included all necessary utensils. The view was lovely, as was the pool. The beach was also just a few minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Overall this was a great place to stay. The only issue was that they were painting the hallway stairs on the Friday. They told us the day before. We either had to stay in our condo or stay out for 4 hours. It wasn't too much of a problem but this was in the middle of the day and it was a small inconvenience. But besides that, the location was great and the condo was exactly what we expected.

We had plenty of room (2 people) for a nice stay. The property is well stocked and had everything we needed. Love the location as it's walking distance (or a short Uber ride) to everywhere I like to go on St. Pete Beach. We really enjoyed the balcony as a place to unwind after a long day.

My son and I had a great time at the condo. The location was great. It was clean. Communication was great. The only issue I had was the dryer in the condo. It made a loud squeaky noise when we used it. It didn’t stop. It was extremely loud!! That needs to be fixed asap. Other than that it was a great place!

The unit felt a little older and dated in terms of style but it was nice. Small, but comfortable. The outdoor patio was very nice and we took full advantage. The beach access was across the street, the pool and outdoor area was enjoyable. Overall great experience and felt like home!

The staff here is super kind & gave us tons of great recommendations. The location is right across from the beach + walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops! We loved it!

EVERYTHING was perfect!

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. EVERYTHING was perfect!

Place was clean with a nice pool and tennis court. Have to cross the street to the beach but not bad. Beds could be a bit more comfortable but no complaints on my end

The condo was perfect - clean, very convenient to beach, live music, food, stores! Our ‘hosts’ were very accommodating and friendly ! I would highly recommend staying here!!

Location was super convenient, was very easy to find and very clean. My boys and I enjoyed the experience.

Had an amazing time in St Pete Beach. Apartment was perfect for us. Very clean and well maintained. There was cooler boxes, beach chairs & umbrellas available to use. Very quiet at night. Across the road from the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. We will be back here when we can.

My family and I had a great stay in this unit and condo! Clean, spacious and comfy. Equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation including tv’s in every room! Right across the street from the beach! Pool and hot tub area is inviting,clean and big with pretty views of the bay! We even saw some manatees! The location is perfect and within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We enjoyed staying here and can’t wait to come back!

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and very much enjoyed it! Very spacious, clean and we loved the balcony (access from living room and master bedroom). TV’s in every room. Only steps from the beach- across the street. There was some construction going on across the street but that is nobody’s fault and I’m sure will be finished soon. The pool area is very nice- clean pool with hot tub, grills, tennis courts and shuffleboard. It is right by the bay and is very scenic. We even got to see some manatees in the bay. It is an older building and unit but it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
