Sunrise Resort 206

Great little place! I own a family business and took an employee ( a relative) to a business conference at the Tradewinds resort directly a crossed the street. We enjoyed the extra space while being very close to the meetings. Our two bedroom condo was very comfortable with a great pool and waterway view for less than half the price of a 2 room stay at the resort. Plus the kitchen had everything we needed to make a quick lunch or breakfast (instrcart groceries) giving us more time to sleep and regenerate after conference meetings and parties. The rental company was excellent with instructions and communications, too.

The condo and property is very well kept up and clean, excellent location. Had a lil trouble with door locks and tv, but management was right there to address it and got everything corrected, we will definitely stay here again.

The condo is in a great location. My family loved the pool and the dock where we got to see the manatees in the evening. It was a short walk to the beach. We will stay again.

My Cousin, Aunt, Mom and I (all over 50) enjoyed the condo. It fit our needs perfectly. The view and location were what we had hoped it would be. We will visit again.

Clean condo with great layout and furniture. Amazing views of the pool and Inter-coastal. Beach was a quick trip across the street. Great location.

The two bedroom unit was very nice and in a great location. It was walking distance from Dolphin Village and some restaurants. It is also across the street from the Tradewinds Resort, so you cross the street to get to the beach. The pool and sea wall area on the intracoastal waterway is very nice. We saw a manatee one evening and then some dolphins one afternoon.

We stay in Sunrise Resort every Spring. The location is perfect, beach just across the road and the canal on the back. We also like the fact that we make our own meals with a full kitchen. Close to many restaurants if you like dining out in the evening. My only complaint about this unit were the pillows. They were horrible. It’s a shame that such a great condo would buy cheap pillows. We all said the same thing. I would probably pick a different unit for this reason.

Loved the proximity but a pool without all our business associates. Spacious and economical campared with booking 2 hitel rooms. Great kitchen for quick breakfast lunch to save time.

My favourite place to stay in St. Pete Beach. Perfect location, friendly staff, and comfortable units.

I really enjoyed my stay there, so much so, that I booked for next year. The unit was fantastic, very comfortable. If I had to find a fault at all, it would be that the water pressure could be a little better, but that’s it! The grounds are maintained and beautiful! After being in a noisy over crowded resort for many years, the quiet was a blessing.

This stay we had an issue at 1030pm when we arrived. Our door code was not programmed properly and wouldn't work. Maintenance was there in a half hour to fix the door code. Excellent Service!

Love it at the Sunrise Resort! I’ve been staying there since I started going to St. Pete’s and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Great location, awesome people.

We have been renting these condos for around 25 years. The condos have all been modernised over the years. The pool area is always is always kept nice although they need to look at the beds as many have straps missing leaving have holes in them now. The outside lights could be doing with a cost of paint. They have a new touch entry system on the condo door and we were locked out for over 2hrs as the battery had run out. Not the best of system when the battery can only be changed from the inside. We were lucky enough to be in the 2nd floor and a latter was used to get into the back of the property but what happens if you’d in the top floor. The battery needs to changed on a regular basis. As a returning guest, we used to get a 10% discount and use of the Tradewinds under the old management however, this has been withdrawn under the new management company.

This condo was perfect for my recent trip with three of my grandchildren. They loved the pool and i could watch them from the balcony. Easy beach access across gulf blvd. Full kitchen was great and having a washer and dryer was a fantastic bonus . I will certainly look here for accommodation for my next trip

We were contacted the day before & provided another unit. Our original unit booked with Airbnb had a water issue. After the initial shock wore off, we were very appreciative that during July 4th weekend they were able to find us a comparable unit. It's good to know that the leasing company is able to place you in a new unit in an emergency situation. The unit itself was actually better than the pics, updated with new couches, bed linens and dining set. You cannot beat the location. So many restaurants and bars are walkable. The beach is an easy walk across the street. Overlooking the bay has its advantages. The manatees swimming up was such a cool experience. Overall quieter than beachside, but still fun. Pool area noise in the master suite was never an issue. We loved playing shuffleboard. There is a fenced in area by the pool & a closet in the unit that has items to be borrowed. I would not hesitate to rebook with NextHome and stay at the Sunrise Resort again.

Cannot say enough positive about this rental. We love staying at Sunrise Resort and this location, 206, was not a disappointment at all. The condo had everything you need including some beach equipment. Patio very spacious to enjoy the sunrise or watch manatees and dolphins in the bay. Beach access and restaurants perfect location. Well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable sitting area...perfect. Loved the nice amenities greeting basket upon arrival. Thank you for letting us stay and hoping to return soon. (Also...had minor issue with TV box that was taken care of within minutes...wonderful communication and answered all questions!)

I fell in love with the location since my first time staying there and it’s the only place I want to stay when I go to St. Pete Beach. The staff are always helpful and provide exceptional customer service. It’s close to all amenities, and not far from great shopping. I would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The condo was exactly as described! The pool was just the right temp and we enjoyed the hot tub at night!

Overall we had a wonderful time, the complex is a great location and close to everything. The unit could use a deep clean and newer sheets (ours were very pilly).

I would definitely come back to the area and Sunrise Beach Resort. The location is great even if it isn’t beach front. Having the inlet behind us was a plus. Condo was clean & had most of the necessary items. Would have been nice to have salt/pepper, seasoning of some sort & not have to buy those items if you are there for a short time & want to cook. A few things needed some attention but other than that a great condo to stay in.
Overall stay great, relaxing & fun!

This was my second stay at Sunrise Resort. I stayed last year at 402 and this year at 206. The condos are beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the luxuries of your home away from home in St Pete’s Beach. You can watch the sunrise from your terrace in the morning, and the sunset from the beach which is just across the street! It is centrally located, so you’re in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas. I loved it so much I’m going back 3/12-4/15, and hoping to book a three month stay next year. Have to add the management team there, Dawn and Nancy, are the best!

Great location, good amenities, friendly staff. Sorry socks in the laundry, and the hot tub didn't work the entire time we were there. We had a good time, though...

It’s a nice apartment in an excellent location. It was clean and with everything you need to live beautiful days of rest. recommended 100%

My flight time had gotten changed to an earlier flight and I put a request to check-in early and they were extremely accommodating.
