Great location. Easy walk to the beach and beautiful views from the balcony. Enjoyed the amenities. Condo was so cute and comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It had everything that we wanted: a great view, pool, barbeque, tennis courts and an easy walk to a lovely beach. Parking was super easy. It was quiet at night. Our first day we saw two manatees off of the dock on the waterway.

Wonderful place!.. The perfect location, walking distance to so many great restaurants, shops and grocery stores and a beautiful beach across the street. The stop lights right outside the building entrance made walking that much easier/safer. Great building amenities- heated pool, hot tub, tennis. We used these daily. Inside, the space was well equipped. We used the kitchen everyday for preparing breakfast and lunch and it had everything we needed including new, highend appliances- which I didn't think much of until I started used them and realized how well they worked. Nice touch to also have a couple beach chairs and beach umbrella. The condo overall was spacious. My husband and I stayed with our infant and my inlaws visited a few nights and it was more than enough space for all of us. Overall an excellent stay, would recommend to anyone. We will be back!

Where to begin! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property, from the initial messaging with the highly responsive host, to the accommodating check-in, to the beautiful sunrises and stellar location. We were 2 people from a big city, used to small apartments and hustle and bustle, so the apartment felt extremely spacious, beautifully appointed and peacefully located for us every moment of our stay. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom would make it comfortable for 4 people to stay! The pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffle board and dock area are very quiet and peaceful as well, perfect to relax at if you choose not to go to the beach (which is a 1 minute walk just across the street!) The host also let us know that there were beach towels and chairs in the unit that we could use—we didn’t end up needing them, but still great to have! Highly recommend staying here for a retreat away from it all—and hoping to return soon!

This place is a great location if you're looking to stay near the beach. We had great communication with the resort staff if we had questions or any needs during the stay. We had a great view of the pool/Bay Area while we stayed there. Would recommend and would love to stay here again!

Sunrise Resort is in a good location. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. We were on the 2nd floor so couldn’t really see the sunrise from the balcony but it was too hot to be out even that early due to extreme heat while we were there. Our condo was very well appointed - great appliances, plenty of kitchen tools and dishes, comfortable seating & nicely decorated. The king bed was extremely comfortable. I was alarmed to discover how hard the twin beds were! There is no way I would’ve been able to sleep on beds like that. A 2-3 inch foam mattress topper would go a long way in making guests more comfortable in that room. The resort office staff were very responsive and helpful when we had a couple of issues & were resolved quickly. St Pete Beach is a great destination and we will likely be returning to the area.

Second year staying with Sunrise! Love their condos so close to St Pete Beach. Everything you need is there and they really go above and beyond to make your vacation pleasant. We go annually for an authors’ conference at Tradewinds and it’s sooo much better to stay with Sunrise.

We had a great stay at sunrise. The unit was perfect for a week at the beach. The goody basket left us with what we needed to get started. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the inland water way. We even saw a manatee! There were lots of great restaurants to go to, a publix grocery store just down the street. We used the public walkway to go to the beach every night. A great stay!

Room 203 was great and just like the photos. The office staff was extremely helpful in helping us with accessing passes I needed printed off for Busch Gardens. The location felt safe as you needed a key code to get to the stairs/elevator to go to your room. The place was clean and linens were provided along with beach chairs, beach towels, plenty of trash bags, air worked great, plenty of water pressure for the shower as well. Quiet time was quiet and the place was peaceful and cozy. I do recommend looking at their website prior to booking with AirBnB. Rates/fees seemed to be cheaper but it was last minute when I realized that. Ceiling Fans are in the bedrooms and living room as well.

Everything was very nice in the unit. View was spectacular. My only suggestion would be to have instructions for stove/oven. Also ceiling in master bedroom needs to be dusted.

Checking in to checking out was excellent and granted early check in after drive from Orlando. Loved the manatees who visited daily.

This home was incredibly charming. The themed details throughout the home felt like they added to our experience. We had everything we needed and some thoughtful extras we did not expect. Overall, communication was proactive and easy to follow. Our trip was seamless and carefree, and the location was great. We had super easy beach access, and yet it also felt private being on the other side of the road with a back view of the marina. We would definitely stay here again.

Myself and my wife had a great 6 days at your condo complex. The unit was superb and the complex was in a great location for restaurants and close access to the beach. As first time visitors to this area we felt very safe and enjoyed all the local amenities. Will definitely stay here on our next trip and will recommend to any family or friends traveling to your area..

Lovely condo! Very clean with very nice furniture and decor. Beautiful view from the balcony. Our only complaint is the washing machine was extremely loud when on the spin cycle and we were afraid it might be disturbing to the neighbors, but the washing machine work perfectly otherwise. This was our second stay in this complex and we definitely would recommend it to others.

The condo was clean and spacious.

Loved our stay here. Location was perfect, you could walk to supper, breakfast, the beach... the beach access and bus stop was just across the street, we used the bus to visit the pier. We enjoyed the manatees that were around 24/7. Best company for coffee in the mornings! We had a minor issue with the dishwasher but Management had it serviced right away. Communication was excellent, we will be back!

The gals in the office are great to work with. This unit was so nice. We will rent this one again.

I hesitated to write this review. We had a great stay. The property was overlooking the bay and we did have a "sunrise" view. The outdoor balcony was blissful. I love staying at VRBOs and this one was immaculate! The rooms and the furnishings were updated and perfect for my daughter's and my needs. So why the hesitation? The property is through a realty company and they did a great job, but it did mean that there was extra paperwork to which I'm not accustom. The second bathroom shower did not work, but my daughter simply used the master shower. I did let the manager know, so hopefully that has been fixed. At check-out, we tried to turn on the dishwasher (we hadn't needed to turn it on before then) and it would not turn on. No lights or anything. One more thing if you stay there. It is neither a plus or a minus. Some places have basic pantry items like salt and pepper, and a small oil. Coffee and tea and microwave popcorn were the only food stuffs provided, so if you plan to cook, you will have to bring or buy those types of items. I would definitely stay there again. The office was very responsive, so I'm confidant some of the handyman issues have been addressed.

This is our 3rd time staying in unit #203. Always clean and comfortable with the extras needed for a beach stay. Kitchen is well equipped and there were beach chairs and insulated bags to make a beach day enjoyable. Overall facility clean especially pool and grill areas. we had friends staying at the Tradewinds and they came over and were so impressed.

This is a great condo, it fit our family of 5 very comfortably. It was very clean and had a lot of the amenities we needed. I really appreciated that they even left dish detergent and laundry detergent, fairly small items but it was a nice touch.

It was very close to the beach and although there was construction happening, it didn't hinder us crossing over the street.

We would definitely stay here again. The property management was also very helpful and attentive.

This is a nice, quiet and safe resort. Short walk to the beach. I would recommend taking a wagon or something to haul all your gear to the beach. Our hands were full every trip. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Nice condo and pool.
