We just loved the Sea Breeze 601. Clean, modern decor and spacious, lots of natural light. Plenty of kitchen needs included. Nothing was needing repair-a well cared for condo! Always enjoy the great beach here. Loved that the door entry is a code rather than a cumbersome key. Very much appreciate the top notch communication (Thank You Bonnie!) The photos are spot on-no surprises. Great stay, Thank You!

Just so lovely. We loved the clean, modern, minimalist condo, complete with all of the amenities anyone could hope for. Enjoyed the cotton blankets, the spacious bathrooms and awesome kitchen. Loved that the door and the beach entry is a code and not a cumbersome key. The AC was very easy to control, not overly complicated as some can be. Easy WIFI access. Plenty of linens. The beach is always fantastic here, this time was no exception. Awesome communication with management, Thank You Bonnie! The only change that would be nice is a not so early check out...having to be out the door by 10:00 was stressful. But really, everything was just so nice. Thank You for the hospitality!!!

The condo was well equipped and as someone who has been in 1000's of units as a beach front real estate photographer, this one defiantly looks as good in person as it does in the photos. I will not stay at any resorts that have carpet or fabric furniture as that is just gross. The kinds of cleanings these places get would never remove the sand and body oils from these kinds of materials. Good news this place is all tile and bonded leather furniture with plenty of seating.

The resort is not overwhelmed with amenities but what it does have sufficed. The only setback in the unit was there are NO washer and dryers that you would find in 95% of any beachfront rentals. I realize that the building has a coin laundry but no one carries coins anymore and I knew we were not going to be spending time doing laundry in a public facility.

Aside from that misleading notation in the listing, we were also only allowed 1 parking space for a "sleeps 8" person unit. The listing is very vague about that but you will find that out later when they call you on the phone a week after your booking to let you know its not allowed.

Also, dont try to cancel your booking because an act of God clause will protect the management company over you in any instance. I just recommend taking your 1 parking pass to the local UPS store and getting it copied for your additional parking space. Even during peek season over 4th of July, there was 80% parking availability.

The condo was beautiful, clean and roomy. One suggestion would be to add a washer and dryer within the condo. It was really scary going to another floor to use the laundry room.

This is an updated corner unit. The location and views are incredible. Appreciated having beach chairs and umbrellas available in the unit for use.

Condo was beautiful and very clean! View was fantastic and the balconies were safe for my toddler (who tested them out and gave her mama a heart attack). Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for our toddler to run around!

Was a simple and easy process for the rental process of the property. There was a lot of great information provided during the pre vacation process and during to help make renting an enjoyable experience.

This 6th floor condo is gorgeous inside. Extremely clean! Fully updated, beautifully decorated. Livingroom is gulf facing. Bedrooms in back. Nicely located. Many places to walk to.

Excellent. All 5-Star with one exception. Based on the rental fee paid I would expect high quality linens, towels and pillows. Bath towels were especially unacceptable.

We’ve stayed in several different units within this building. This one was the nicest. Being a corner unit, it has a southern exposure, allowing beautiful light into the unit and it has a wonderful view of the Gulf. Check in was as easy as using the door code - no stopping at an office for a key. A very clean and comfortable place to stay with all amenities you’ll need. We had no problems and therefore never needed to contact anyone. I would highly recommend this unit.

We had a very nice time. Would have loved more than 1 dish towel, perhaps a tea kettle and electric griddle. I cooked most of our meals.

This is a beautiful, well equipped property with outstanding views and fabulous light from two directions. The kitchen is well equipped with all the things you need to prepare meals and enjoy meals. All of the furniture was comfortable and suitable for a family gathering at the beach. The balcony was our favorite spot. We will definitely consider renting here again, though I would have appreciated enough dishwasher detergent and toilet paper to get us through 4 days.

Beautiful upgraded condo

This corner unit is completely updated! Plenty of living space and nice balcony view of the gulf. Pool deck was clean with plenty of chairs (could use more umbrellas). Definitely will recommend this unit and NextHome rentals!

We absolutely loved this condo! We travel very frequently and I have to say this was probably one of my families favorite places we have stayed. The location is perfect. Beach is gorgeous and well kept. With family it also seems like a very safe area. The condo itself is very well kept and felt like home. The owners go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. It’s sometimes the little added details that make such a difference. Plenty of beach equipment to use, which was very convenient. This condo literally has everything you need! We will absolutely be coming back!

We had a wonderful time at our beachfront condo. The location was great, the property was clean and nice, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful! Despite a few issues with the elevator during our stay, we’d absolutely return to this condo.

We were so pleased with our unit! It was very tastefully decorated, really clean, had amazing views from both balconies, was well stocked, in a great location, and more! The only "complaint" we had was the elevator. It wasn't working part of the time we were there, and it made it difficult to climb six flights of stairs with little ones and beach supplies to carry. Other than that, we couldn't have been more pleased, and I'd still give it a solid 9 and would definitely stay again!

Our family vacation with our daughter and her family was wonderful! Our unit was as perfect as I could possibly ask for...super clean, well stocked, amazing views, great location and more! The ONLY complaint we had was with the elevator that wasn't always in working order, and that made it challenging when you had three littles that had trouble navigating six flights of stairs because we had our hands full trying to get everything to the beach. If that problem hadn't persisted, the stay would've been a perfect 10. I'd still give it a 9 and would return again for sure!

Everything was beautiful, perfect and represented accurately. The only downside… the elevator. His name is Grampa. If you cannot do stairs… this may not work for you. Otherwise the location is perfect!

Let me start by saying the unit was EXCEPTIONAL. Couldn't have asked for much more. Nicely furnished, with all the cooking utensils we could have needed.
Now for the negatives: the elevator was out of order FIVE times during our week stay. Climbing 6 flights of stairs with groceries and little kids is awful. Even when it worked, it was the slowest elevator I have ever used. It is no doubt ten years past its useful life. This is a serious life safety issue.
We also found out a few days before we left that the building was being painted. Incessant beeping from the lift they were using during our entire stay.
We loved the area and the unit but won't consider renting it again until the elevator is replaced.

I just want to say I have never written a review ever but after spending a week here with my son who is 13 . I can only say wow !! The place is beautiful from top to bottom very clean has everything you could ever need we cooked we swam , we lounged you name it ! Restaurants , markets , convenient stores with in walking distance. We will be staying only here from now on … all I can say is thank you !

We loved the property! The pool and jacuzzi was a plus. The condo had everything you needed in it. It was nice and updated. Having beach chairs, a skim board, beach towels, sand towels and a big umbrella was a great bonus. Elevator is a little slow to respond but gave you time to get to know others. Had a little issue with the property management company wanting us to stay to receive some furniture for the owner but they understood we couldn't stay all day for it. You will not be disappointed staying here. It's in walking distance to yummy ice cream & tacos!!

Our stay at Sea Breeze was perfect! The place was perfectly clean and updated! Having a corner condo with 2 balconies was amazing! Having a cup of coffee on the balcony looking and listening to the ocean in the morning and then a cocktail at night = HEAVEN! We were steps away from the beach and if you don't feel like going to the beach, the pool and hot tub were a nice change of pace. Beaches were clean and not very shelly or rocky. Restaurants and John's Pass were either a nice little walk or a quick Uber ride away! During our visit in May, it wasn't overly crowded, which was nice! We definitely plan on staying at Sea Breeze in Madeira Beach again!

Great condo! The beach view is amazing. Beautiful sunsets over the ocean and sunrises from the front balcony. Walking distance to Johns Pass and lots of fun and great restaurants. Easy drive to Clearwater Aquarium. Host responded quickly to questions we had. Owners did a great job with this place, nice blinds that actually block the light out instead of a lot of cheaper options you usually see, you can tell they put a lot of thought into those little touches. Would move into this unit as is if I could.

Thank you so much! We rented this space for the week of our wedding and it was just so nice and beautiful! Big enough space for when family and friends came to visit. Definitely want to come back and stay again!Beautiful end unit on the 6th floor of this building. With a view of both the street (balcony) and the beautiful beach (also balcony). Lots of space with a nice open concept. This condo was nicely updated and felt clean and new. We liked that the closet had hangers provided (we brought some just in case they didn’t). The balcony furniture was really nice and good quality. Only “con” is the master shower (which is massive and also beautiful!) didn’t have a door and the shower head water pressure is awesome- but the little bench behind that would get water misted onto it from the shower. But honestly not a big deal. And like most of these large condo/buildings, the elevator is heavily used during busy hours and was pretty slow. But Overall we would recommend this condo and would definitely stay again!

Sea Breeze 601 was absolutely the most wonderful stay we’ve had while in Florida. The property was very clean, well furnished and very well located to John’s Pass, grocery stores and pharmacies. All of the appliances were up to date. There are decks on both sides of this unit. In addition, this unit has a stellar view of the beach and a swimming pool accessible to guests. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Beautiful and spacious! Kitchen was well equipped and furniture was plentiful and comfortable. Close enough but not too close to Johns Pass for great shops and restaurants, walkable! We had a leaky bathroom sink but management was very responsive and quick. Master bedroom is in the back on the Noisy street.... my bad for not paying closer attention to this detail.But overall we were very comfortable and had great views of beach and ocean. Balcony was great place for morning cup of Joe!

Amazing stay! Would totally come back here, great location and right on the beach! Our room was overlooking the ocean! Very clean and great communication. We didn’t have enough trash bags, and they brought them to us. Would highly recommend! :)

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. We had several other friends staying in the same condo building and they were all jealous of our room because it was so updated, clean and comfortable. (In fact, one friend already booked this room for next summer!) I love how they provide everything you need but it is not cluttered! The living room area is very spacious with comfortable seating and the open concept with the dining and kitchen provided great views of the ocean. We also really appreciated the keyless entry system because no one likes to be responsible for a key while going back and forth at the beach and the pool. The only downside we can think of is that the cable had a bad connection and the tv went in and out...but we weren’t there to watch tv so it wasn’t that huge of a deal. The location was great and we easily walked to John’s Pass, Candy Kitchen and Caddy’s. This place is so organized and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
