Lands End 304

We loved staying here and would look to stay here again!

First and foremost, we hope everyone is safe from Helene. My wife and I just got home from staying in Lands End, building 3 …Unit 304. This was our second time staying at this particular unit. We enjoyed every minute of staying at Land’s End. There is always so much to do and so many great restaurants, though our favorite thing is to fish out of the bay and sit on the beach. The beds are comfortable and there are ample towels . The kitchen comes stocked with coffee makers, toaster as well as utensils, plates, bowls and basic cooking utensils. It even has books! ( Though I recommend adding Dreamland by Nicholas Sparks to the collection as it’s based off of Clearwater, FL). We did encounter an issue with the AC being broken. However, Next Home and the condo owner worked diligently to get it fixed and to get us a portable AC unit until the broken one could be replaced with an entirely new unit. We got updates everyday on the status of the situation as well as checking to see if we needed anything. We will most definitely be back in the future! Thank you all for making sure we were comfortable despite the broken AC. We really appreciated the urgency in getting it handled.

First off, let me answer the question we could never get answered. This condo has PLENTY of throws, 4 beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, a coffeemaker & keurig and a crackpot. It has inflatables, 2 pool noodles, buckets and shovels, 4 beach chairs, misc beach toys AND fishing stuff!
As far as the rest of the place. The beds were oh-so comfy! The balcony faces the bay and 2 restaurants/bars. Yes, one has live music every day BUT..the doors have great insulation. We didn't hear it unless the back door was cracked. We hope you see the dolphins and manatees as we did! The pool and beach are a really short walk. The pool has so many rules, you will feel like you are in grade school again. The beach is private and OH-SO full of shells! You will NOT need a separate shelling tour! It made this girls heart happy!
And. I'm from Arkansas...idk where the Irvine location is coming from.

Great location. The beach is a very short walk. The beach is very private-no crowd whatsoever! We found lots of sand dollars and saw several dolphins! We also saw manatees. You will be happy with this location!

Gated, very easy to go to and from. Clean and updated room. Great location. Coming back for sure and definitely recommend.

First time in this unit, but the overall property never disappoints. The unit is very nice.

We absolutely loved our condo in building 3. It was very clean and had almost everything we needed. We loved the action on the water (music, boats, sunrise) from the balcony. Lands End felt very resort like so we enjoyed the secure and safe community. We played a lot of sand volleyball and pickleball. It's good to know you can use their equipment and you don't have to bring your own. The pool area is large and always enough seating and room in the pool for everyone. The staff is very strict about their hot tub policy and will kick out kids under 18 within a minute or two (they have cameras on the hot tub and will leave the front gate and tell you to get out). Our family was kicked out at night when we were the only ones in the entire pool area. We used Free Rides several times and then the trolley but we did miss having the trolley within steps of our condo and it's over a mile walk to get to the closest stop. Condo could use a dining table on the balcony, some better beach chairs and better pillows.

Land’s End and Sunset beach are a nice change from the busier Clearwater or St. Pete’s beaches. The condo was beautifully decorated and everything was in new condition. Couldn’t have been any better in my opinion. We really enjoyed our week and hope to visit again.

This apartment was perfect Inside was spotless and the view of the bay was beautiful, the location is perfect for people who like the the water perfectly located on the bay and just a few minutes walk to the beach I also found the staff at next home to be very attentive answering quickly to any questions we had regarding the house. We for sure will be back again.

The condo itself was equipped with everything you would need for a perfect beach side holiday with two good size bedrooms the larger bedroom had the most amazing view overlooking the bay were you can go and swim during the day and in the evenings listen to the music from the restaurant opposite the apartment while you enjoy an evening meal on the balcony

Perfect unit, clean and well accommodated with appliances, linens and amenities. A/C struggled to get near 70 but ceiling fans and two additional floor fans helped. BR faucets were weak but the showers and kitchen were good. Balcony just enough for 4 to enjoy the sunrise and watch the antics on the dog beach and boats in the waterway. Walk to the beach a snap, pool was FANTASTIC! Very pleasant stay!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beachfront condo. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and the walking boardwalk.

We loved our stay at Lands End even though the weather did NOT cooperate. The condo was great and pool was Awesome! If the weather would have been warm the beach would have been perfect as well. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

This is our favorite condo at Land’s End on Treasure Island! Love staying on the bay and hearing the music across the street st night and seeing the animals in the water. Condo was so clean and has so many things for the beach already there which was so nice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. It had everything we needed and then some! There was a closet full of beach items; chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, fishing pole and more. The pool at this property is HUGE compared to most places with plenty of loungers and tables as well as nice bathrooms with showers. Note: they have several pool rules and a camera system they use to enforce; no throwing balls, no floating devices, no one under 17 in hot tub.. so if you have young kids who like to play rowdy, this may not be the place for you or at least be prepared to have staff intervene. The unit was very clean and comfortable although the LR furniture is starting to show some wear. The beds were very comfortable however the bedding (supplied by cleaning service) could stand to be upgraded. The sheets were very basic motel like and did not stay in place at all which was annoying. We reserved this unit specifically because it had bunk beds but unfortunately this was changed to a queen bed at some point so that was a disappointing surprise. The balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise and dogs play on the beach right below. There is live music across the water that is enjoyable to listen to from afar. It gets louder on the weekend but over by 10:00 so wasn't a big deal at all. The washing machine needed service so hopefully that will be completed soon for future guests. The unit is stocked with extras like blankets and fans, board games, cards, and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the quieter location of Sunset Beach. It's away from the main areas so less crowded but a quick, easy drive to whatever you need. We would definitely stay at Lands End again but likely find a different unit only because we prefer bunk beds.

Great place to enjoy your vocation…. Was there for 10 days and hated to leave. What a location and amenities and the beach is the jewel of the city….

We've been coming to Treasure Island for over 10 years, and haven't rented at several properties. This was our favorite place! The beach is nice and quiet, not overpacked with people, and my boys loved fishing on the rocks. It's a clean, nice property. We loved the condo! Updated and pretty! Beautiful place and definitely want to go back! Wish I was still there!

We loved everything about this condo! Beds were comfy. Loved the view of the waterway! Also enjoyed the live music across the way. It was amazing to sit out on the balcony & enjoy talented musicians without having to actually “be there”!ha The private beach feel is probably the thing we loved the most. Great resort off the beaten path! Caddy’s & Katiki’s are great spots nearby too. Highly recommend! Can’t say enough good things about it.

Beautiful place! Perfect for a relaxing vacation. The beach is top notch... Not crowded.... Nice sand and water for swimming. The pool and area are superb. Nice boardwalk for walking through immaculate grounds. Our unit was on the waterway. We watched dolphins from the deck. Music can be heard easily from entertainment venue across the waterway. The condo was very well equipped and clean. Nice to watch the sunrise in the morning. Would definitely stay again. Oh yes and the gate keepers were very friendly!

We loved this condo. The owners did a fabulous job with the renovations to update the property! Greatly appreciated and we felt pampered staying here . Top notch. Close to every where yet on the quiet end of the island. Music played on weekend across the waterway but they shut down by 10:00pm. So open the patio doors and enjoy the music!

Great Location wonderful beach and amenities

This was our first time staying on Treasure island. The condo is situated at an endpoint and is surrounded by water. There is a walking boardwalk around the area which was super nice to get some steps in or just view the water, boats etc.
The condo itself was very nice!! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms....all very nice!! The one exception was the mattresses on ALL the beds could use an update !! I’ve seen that mentioned in other reviews and now I can say their complaints about mattress are REAL!!!
That wouldn’t stop me from giving this place a great review though!!! If you decide to rent you won’t be disappointed !!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. The rental company was very accommodating and pleasant. They grounds are well kept. The pool is huge and also beautiful. The beach is just a short walk from the pool where you can watch the sunset over the gulf. The Toasted Monkey is across the water behind the condo where you can listen to the live bands at night from your balcony. It’s quiet inside if you choose not to. My only complaint is the beds. They need to be replaced. The twins were so noisy and uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a bag of chips. The king is sagging pretty bad. I would stay here again but ask for a unit with better beds. The people were friendly and the location is perfect. They provided us with all the essentials too. Laundry soap, dish soap, coffee for a week, paper towels to start. Plenty of towels too. Great rental company.

We used this as our honeymoon and I can’t tell you how much we have enjoyed it here! Needless to say we extended our stay a few extra days.

The condo is up to date and very clean. The view from the balcony is also a plus. Bed is comfortable with plenty of covers. At night you can hear the music of live bands from across the bay. There is also a closet full of items to take with you to the beach!

We even got to see manatee and dolphins in the bay, and even a woodpecker outside our window during our stay!

If you are looking for food there are a ton of great options! We favored Sea Dogs and DeLosa’s pizza, though Bubba Gump shrimp was also on our list. The winery at Johns pass has amazing wine slushies too!

We ran into all kinds of people and everyone was very nice! The guards at the gate are always available to talk to and will help you find places if needed.

I really can’t say enough about our stay here. I have a feeling this will be our new vacation spot every year.

Wonderful experience

We loved our week at Lands End 304. Beautiful condo that has recently been renovated from top to bottom and very clean! Plenty of outdoor restaurant options nearby and the beach was beautiful! Our only recommendation for the owner is a new mattress in the master bedroom. My husband slept on the couch all week as it was so uncomfortable and noisy.

Loved every bit of this place, easy to access and secure feeling,, clean and cute, loved staying here!

Very very nice place! Pool was awesome, big, clean and super warm! Room was very clean and super cozy! Looks out over the canal and you can watch dolphins swim by! There is a bar across the canal that plays super loud music just an FYI! Other than that it was an awesome place to stay! We loved it!

This has been out favorite vacation destination on the gulf! Such an ideal location.. the beach feels as if you are on a private island. there is not direct public access right outside the condo complex, so it feels secluded. The pool is MASSIVE! extremely enjoyable and heated salt water pool for those that don't like cold water. The grounds are surrounded with pathways and boardwalks. The unit overlooks a little Blind Pass which has numerous sea life that swim in it. Countless days we saw dolphins swimming and were able to watch them right off of our balcony. The unit is absolutely stunning!! very modern and update!! The grounds keeper, gate keeper, and pool attendant were friendly and enjoyable to talk to!! Also the office staff through NEXTHOME was great to work with as well when I called with questions. I can not wait to return for a future trip.

Had a wonderful two weeks at this condo community. Couldnt ask for a better location, you are literally at the end of the island right on the beach. The condo has been recently remodeled, was nicely appointed and very comfortable, might need a little better cookware for those of us that prepare every meal but thats a very minor issue. The management company was readily available and communicated well. Great view of the canal, we enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatees go by every morning. We cant wait to go back and are already planning our next vacation at this property.

Once again, we really enjoyed our stay here. This place feels like a second home. The location is terrific. The unit has all the amenities you would want. The grounds are kept up extremely well.
Our only issues had to do with the master bedroom dressed. Two bottom drawers were non functional. There was the broken chair I mentioned last year that was still there. Two things mentioned in the listing were not available - the remote for the security gate and a phone service was disconnected. Small items that had no effect on how much we enjoyed this well appointed condo!

What a lovely place to stay! Beautifully remodeled and close to the beach (you can walk). Pool and hot tub are clean and freshly remodeled as well. Pull up a chair, sit on the patio and relax!
