Eventide Oasis Redington Beach

Our stay at Eventide Oasis was beyond our expectations. The home is beautifully decorated, in a perfect beach location, and offered a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The spacious open concept kitchen and living room were ideal for our family, with top of the line appliances and having two washers and dryers was perfect for our needs. They were incredibly accommodating, providing plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Thanks to the team at Next home Beach Time Realty making it so easy to accomodate our needs and arranging this amazing place. We created amazing family memories, enjoyed the stunning views and witnesses the best sunsets. This amazing home and overall experience truly made for a perfect vacation!

Amazing home and location. We could not of asked for better accommodations, it exceeded our expectations. The house was clean , organized and had plenty of towels for the beach. The kitchen was equipped with high end appliances and having two washers and dryers truly helped. Overall the house and where it was situated on the beach was pure perfection.

We were most impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the property. The kitchen was equipped with ultra modern appliances, laundry room with 2 sets of washer/dryers, additional refrigerator/freezer. So many extra conveniences to make our week long stay such a joy.

The location could not be any more perfect. Steps from the beach which made vacationing with children so easy. The home is well kept, modern and spacious for a large family. The pool was smaller than anticipated but still served our needs well.

This was a wonderful property in a great location, yet just steps away from a quiet stretch of beach. It was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. It had a nicely equipped kitchen and large table. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well-appointed. The 4 king size beds were a real plus. There were plenty of beach chairs in excellent condition. There were only two shortcomings: First, the wi-fi was weak, so we had to use our phones as hot spots and TV streaming was problematic. Second, there were alarms on the windows and no screens on any windows or doors, so we were unable to leave them open to enjoy the ocean breeze and the sound of the sea. That being said, it did not deter us from having an absolutely fabulous time. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property!

We have stayed in several VRBO homes in the Redington Beach area and this was one of our favorites. Location was great! The kitchen had everything we needed ( we do a lot of cooking). Would highly recommend.

Was an amazing stay with views to die for! house was fantastic and clean and management staff was superior! planning to use again in 2 years:) why look for anything else when it has all we wanted ! oh and try coconut charlie's just down the beach ! my new happy place !

Everything was great!

There were 8 of us, siblings and cousins, vacationing for the week together and everyone enjoyed it. The house was big enough that everyone could have their space and spacious enough that everyone could enjoy the common areas comfortably. We really liked the pool and the close proximity to the beach. The sunsets were fantastic (thank you, God!) and the views from the master bedroom, which my husband and I were lucky enough to have, were fantastic. The stove was a bit tricky to figure out but we eventually got it. Unfortunately for two of the guys who were cooking, the range hood was so low they got clipped a few times. We actually taped a pool noodle up on it as a warning! The TV's in a few of the bedrooms were not working so we called the office and they sent someone over however the TV in the master never did work and they said they'd replace it but by that time it was almost time to go so we asked them to do it after we checked out. One suggestion would be to have instructions on the back of the TV remotes to make them more user friendly. Even the computer savvy among us had a hard time getting them to work. Bonnie in the office was very attentive to our needs and we really appreciated that. All in all it was a wonderful week. We would recommend "Eventide Oasis" to anyone. Thanks so much.

Fabulous house in fabulous location. Everything that you could wish for in a vacation house.

We stayed for 2 weeks over Easter with our family, including 11 year old twin grandsons. Fabulous location, super house, well equipped with all you could possibly need.
Plenty of good local dining places within walking distance and ideally located within the area for all attractions etc.
Would highly recommend staying at Evevtide Oasis. We had a couple of minor issues, these were quickly rectified by Marnie, the local agent.

If you want a terrific vacation on the beach with a great little pool for when you're tired of the beach this is the place to rent.

We had a lovely vacation in a beautiful, clean and well equipped home with the most comfortable beds in sunny Redington Shores. The view from our Gulf facing bedroom was unparalleled!! A comfortable chair and ottoman invites you to gaze outside and read. The pool/spa was amazing for our 2 granddaughters age 1 and 4. We made sand castles on the glorious white sand beach and loved every minute of our trip! We will return like clockwork next January! We won’t even consider another house! Eventide Redington Shores home is in a great location with easy access to the beach. Our family of 11 was easily accommodated. The children loved their bunk bedroom and the small, but fun, heated pool. We could not locate the beach chairs so we rented beach chairs and umbrellas from Iguana Rentals. The kitchen was adequately equipped and having the additional refrigerator and two washer and dryers was helpful. The bedrooms upstairs are nice with great beach views. The bed mattresses in each bedroom are really high in height and we had to purchase a stool so one of our group could get onto the bed. We enjoyed our trip and had a great time. The cleaning service charged a small bit extra for cleaning (which I felt was not needed). Not a big issue overall.

This beach home accommodated 7-8 adults and 4 children easily! It is a spacious home with many amenities and very roomy! The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked a sumptuous Thanksgiving dinner. The TWO refrigerators and TWO washers and dryers were an added bonus. The children loved the heated pool and the adults enjoyed the spa feature in the evenings. We enjoyed the sunsets and watching the dolphins every day! Such a fun family vacation!

This beach house is even better than expected!! We loved every bit of it! We made many dinners at the house and used the grill also. Breakfast and coffee on the deck. The pool/hot tub was a bonus. Got married on the beach, more special than I could ever imagine. The sunsets are directly in front of you on beach, we all went out every night to watch the sun go down and the beautiful scenery God gave us! White sandy beach, but enough shells for fun! Went to clearwater Aquarium, a few restaurants. The rental agency went above and beyond for us! This house is a gem!

Very nicely remodeled property at gulf side location with easy access to the beach. Close proximity to both Clearwater and st Pete beach. Sleeps 12 comfortably.

Our family totally loved this property. Beds were comfortable kitchen was well stocked beach towels provided, plenty of boogie boards, beach chairs also. Location could not have been better. We would definitely stay at this house again

You get what you pay for, which is PERFECTION. Everything is as described. We are a family of 8 adults and 3 children who gathered for a birthday celebration for Gramma's 70th birthday. Wonderful stay with rooms/bathrooms for each family, and so convenient to be located right next to the beach. The pool was great for the little kiddos, with a large outdoor storage area filled to the brim with every kind of beach toy, chair, etc. The house also had two port-a-cribs, a high chair, and two safety baby gates which we really needed. Can't think of a single thing not to like/love!

Wonderful and perfect in every way; everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only thing is the property DOES include two port-a-cribs, two baby safety gates, and one high chair, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. When I had asked about this in an email to NextHome prior to our visit, I was informed that your office "did not know", and was then directed to a company that rents these things, which I did. Therefore, I incurred an unnecessary expense that was unnecessary. So please include the full range of amenities in your description for future guests; especially those with little children. Thank you!

This house was perfect for our family! Place was very clean, open layout, great appointed bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. House was on the beach and had a pool. We had so much fun here and We definitely recommend this to everyone!

We absolutely loved our stay right on sunny Redington Shores. The home was immaculate and just as described in the listing. It's located just outside the big tourist spots to avoid the crowds but just close enough to enjoy all the fun stuff - including trips to Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Pete's. There were a few hiccups with check-in and the security system and it was difficult to get in touch with the property manager, however the owner contacted us directly and corrected the issues. There were also a few times yard/pool maintenance people showed up to work, and I would have preferred some advanced notice. The shed full of outdoor toys and baby gates were super helpful as we had a 2-year old along with us. Overall, we really loved staying here and will definitely be back!

The staff was helpful, the beach was right there and gorgeous. The house was big. All the rooms were mixed sized and well equipped. Honestly you never need to leave. The laundry room had another refrigerator and double washer dryers. Kitchen had anything you might need. The deck and pool were beautiful and there was a lot of seating indoors and out. The home was well laid out. With four nicely renovated full baths with tons of towels. There were beach towels and chairs and toys in the two storage facilities. The beds were very comfortable. Many restaurants were walkable. There was an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. I can’t think of a thing to change. The beach is fairly uncrowned and quiet. We saw so many birds and porpoises. What a great time !

Property is amazing and very clean. The location to the beach could not be better. The pool/spa was a big hit with everyone in our party. Property also has lots of beach accessories for use.

We stayed here for the second year and it was as lovely as we remembered it. Our only issue was that the pool pump was not working, but the management group was very attentive and had the pool cleaned every other day so the pool was useable, but not heated and thus a little cold for most of us. They were very up front with us and offered us the use of another property, which was too complicated as we were having groceries delivered. But we were impressed with their attention to this...We hope to stay again.

Easy renting process. Beach location could not be better. House and rental service exceeded expectations. House keeps chairs/boogie boards, umbrellas for renters to use. Was great to just show up!

The size of this home was great. When we walked in, the house was extremely clean. I loved that there were two sets of washer and dryers. And the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need.The access to the beach was right out the back door.

Perfect house in perfect location for families with young children. Great layout. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking equipment. Lots of towels, 2 refrigerators, 2 washers and 2 dryers!
Only (minor) complaint: we stayed last year as well and many staples had been left by prior guests. This was quite helpful. This year, nothing but some spices, so had to purchase many stock items.

The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed and was very clean. Very close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, entertainment, etc. It was so awesome to sit on the deck and see the beach! The hot tub/spa was amazing!!! I would highly recommend staying here, it was definitely a wonderful experience for our family. Next Home Beach Time Realty was great to work with too!!!

My college buddies and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is right on a beautiful white sand beach that you don't often find except on the Gulf Coast. It's about 40 mins from Tampa airport, and walkable to a few restaurants including Wahoo's that we really liked. We'd certainly stay here again.

This property was perfect for our 50th Birthday getaway. The house is beautiful and located right on the sand. The property is kept VERY nice.

A turquoise gem just steps from the beach. Great size for a large group. All the right amenities, clean and freshly done.

We rented this property for a retreat, and it was AMAZING! The pictures don’t do it justice! It was more than we imagined and the proximity to the beach was perfect! We had a minor issue with the refrigerator on the first night and management was so easy to communicate with and the issue was taken care of quickly! All 12 of us could not stop raving about our stay. The pool is small but was perfect for our group of adults, and it converts to a hot tub which was an unexpected and nice surprise! The views from the master bedrooms upstairs are gorgeous as well, and the beds are SO comfortable! Appliances were top notch and kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to make breakfast/lunch/dinner while you’re there. Aside from the food of course. If you have the opportunity to stay here, do!

Our family really enjoyed this property. Extremely clean and well maintained. The location couldn't be beat (close to great restaurants, grocery store, etc.) and the beach access was phenomenal. We loved spending our morning on the beach with the kids and hanging out at the pool in the afternoon. Hope to visit again!

My only hesitation in writing a review is that I am afraid it won't be available when we want to rent it next because it becomes too popular! It is the perfect place for our family! Great house, great location to the beach, and many other amenities. It even came with a wagon and beach chairs and umbrellas! PERFECT. We had a great get away with our adult kids and their spouses. It was very clean, easy access from Tampa airport, close to a grocery store and fish market and walking distance to a restaurant.

We had a delightful experience from start to finish. The property management was extremely communicative. The house was exactly as depicted online and the layout worked perfectly for our family of five. Our sons, who are 18 and 15 years old, and our 11-year-old daughter had plenty of room for themselves, and the kitchen, living, and dining area provided the perfect gathering spot. Cooking dinner on the grill and then sitting down to enjoy it together was a great experience. We highly recommend this property.
