Very spacious and comfortble for a familly stay. Perfect location for long weekend. We were fortunate to have family living in St Pete that were able to direct us to restaurants and vneues. We had to make a hurried departure getting family to flights north. Our granddaughter (4) had to have a last minute swim. She had a fast shower and change and left a swimsuit behing, I got a call regarding the suit. A kind surprise, Fortunately not needed. Thank you for such extended service

We did a Mother-Daughter trip. We gave the girls the master and it worked out great. Beach right across the street…had to Uber for nightlife but otherwise Perfect location for tanning!

I rented this unit for the week and loved every minute. The unit was very spacious. Three bedrooms, each having their own bathroom which made life so easy. My daughter and her husband and two small children occupied the large room. Then my son and his wife and daughter occupied the bedroom on the top floor which worked good for them with the sofa bed. And I took the other bedroom. Lots of privacy if needed. And the elevator came in so handy with the luggage and groceries.
This unit came with many amenities such as beach toys, pack n play, high chair, children gates for the stairs, beach chairs and beach wagon.
Caddy's was across the street and lots of fun. Love their speciality drinks.
The beach was so easy to get to (right across the street).
The roof top of this place made it so nice to watch the sun set and take in the view of the ocean.
I would strongly recommend this place to anyone. And NextHome Beach Time Realty is great to work with. They always responded to any emails quickly, even on the weekends.
I would highly recommend the Sunset Dolphin Cruise out of John's Pass. They did a great job and were so friendly and informational on the area and dolphins.

Perfect location. Walk to the beach, house was perfect for our family, close to St. Petersburg activities, walk on the pier was delightful. Weather was perfect!

Family of 6 - ages ranged from 82 to 1. Walked to the beach with three children ages 1 to 5. First time for them to see sand and ocean. So excited! St. Petersburg Pier was amazing and the view was beautiful! Great time was had by all!

The house is great for a beach getaway! You can walk to all the restaurants and bars on Treasure Island, or stay on Sunset Beach the entire time. The house is beautiful! Everything was clean and comfortable. We hope to come back!

Great location across the street from beach. Convenient to grocery and restaurants. Plenty of room for adults and family. Some provided items not working or broken - would have been nice to have these replaced or fixed in advance of our visit (grill, outside tv, bike, beach tent).

This was our first time at Treasure Island and loved it! A quiet beach town with nice beaches. The town home was clean and just as described. Location was great right across the street! Definitely stay here again when visiting Treasure Island!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Spacious rooms and amazing views from the roof top. The baby gates and high chair were a real plus for us. This house is nicely decorated and has fabulous gathering places for a group.

This condo is very nice. It was well located to get to Baseball City in St. Pete, where our son was playing in a baseball tournament. The condo was nice and clean with quick access to the beach and several good places to eat nearby, as well as a Publix and Walgreens nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Oh my goodness! The moment we all walked into this place we all went WOW!! The kitchen area was spectacular, the living space was perfect, especially being able to sit outdoors early in the morning. Beds were very comfortable, we enjoyed our morning walks on the ⛱️. Great place. Definitely would come back to this rental.

Once one of us experienced the Master bath duel shower heads- each person made sure to get a turn over our 3 night weekend visit. The home set up, watching sunsets on the roof top patio, making cupcakes in the we’ll stocked a designed kitchen, playing card games on the dining table, walking to my 50th bday Hawaii 5-OH party at Caddy’s cabanas 150 feet away… let’s just say it was an epic visit with lots of fun, laughs and quality family time. Thank you! Minor leak and shower drain issues- but all else was perfect!

I did a long weekend with a group of 5 people. The check in process was extremely smooth. The house was beautiful, clean, and such a quick walk to the beach. 10/10 would recommend!

This place was a great destination, in a great spot. The house itself is extremely nice. They owners have paid great attention to make the place child safe, and accessible. The stairs have child proof gates and there is an elevator to all 4 stories.

Had a great time - nice place to stay. Great views, across the street from the beach and Caddy's bar & grill. Caddy's breakfast was great too! Would stay there again.

I cannot say enough how pleased we were to find this place. Top notch all the way. From the furnishings to the bedding to the balconies. Right next to the beach and the elevator was a god send. Cannot wait to book again. Great area for family getaway.

This was an absolutely beautiful home that was conducive to a large group with plenty of seating areas (inside and out- lovely views!!), sleeping spaces and a nicely appointed kitchen. Management company was very responsive to all communication. The area is great for a beach getaway - plenty of bars/restaurants within pretty easy walk. Would readily stay again.

he Townhome location is ideal for access to the beach and many of the small coastal towns along the gulf coast. It was easy to get to a wide variety of locations, and the house itself was as advertised. Great fit for 7 of us- and only two had to share a bed. House is comfortable! Great walking to the beach and super easy to get to some bars, restaurants. There was supposed to be someone coming in to do maintenance early on the morning of our departure, but we never saw them. Would 100% stay here again, and the communication with the host was easy and quick!

We visited from 12/27-1/3/22 and truly enjoyed our stayed.
Every bedroom was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen and living area was open and spacious stocked with everything needed.
