House was clean and extremely welcoming. LOVED that there were some beach supplies in the closet (beach chair was great!). Also loved we could walk to the beach and some restaurants. A short drive led to an amazing peanut brittle store. Had a great vacation visiting our daughter in St Petersburg.

We would definitely come back here & stay in this spacious unit #8. Very centrally located to everything. We utilized the Freebee rides, Trolley, FreeBeachRides, & Uber to get around- Download these apps for very low fares or tips to get around St Pete!!

We were pleasantly surprised on how nice our condo was. So spacious and conveniently located near shopping, beach, & restaurants! We’d definitely stay here again in this unit!!

This is a very pleasant apartment close to the beach and several low-key restaurants and bars.

We have been staying at the Waves for 8 years. Love the location. So many eating places that are walking distance from the Waves and very close to the beach. First time this year staying in this unit which was adequate room for our family to come visit. Love it here. Plan to keep returning for as long as we are able.

Two couples down from the north for a long weekend. Place worked out great. Walk to the beach or take the FreeBee shuttle anywhere in St Pete’s Beach you wanted to go. Easy and relaxing.

Amazing condo!! Anything and everything you could want or need!! We didn’t have to buy a thing for the beach!! Plenty of room for everyone!! We will definitely be back!!

We came down fairly last minute, planning just a few months in advance. The condo was perfect for our 6 people. Having two bathrooms made getting ready much easier, or cleaning off from the beach. The pool was great for our kids. We ended up driving to the beach rather than walking. The property was clean and well kept. There was a closet off the second bedroom with all kinds of beach stuff. There were chairs, umbrella, sand toys, rafts, coolers, even sun hats. Very handy for our family who traveled by plane were limited to what we could bring. Very nice and we would stay again.

This condo looked exactly like the pictures. The home was clean and nicely furnished. We would love to stay here again!

This is a 2 bedroom condo although its listed as sleeps 6. The condo was clean and had everything you need for your stay dishes, glasses, silverware, linens and towels. There was a lot of beach equipment in the closet, chairs, floats and cooler. The pool area was nice but could get crowded. Over all it was a nice place to stay.

A few weeks ago, my family went to St. Pete's for a small family vacation. After looking at several properties, we chose the Waves 8 Air B&B and we are so happy we did! It had the perfect space for 5 of us. The kitchen was totally stocked with all the dishes we needed, the space was clean, there were extra beach towels provided and a closet full of beach and pool stuff for us to use to add to our fun. (That was totally unexpected.) The beds were comfortable. The sheets were clean. We were only a couple of blocks from the beach, and so although we did drive and park one day so that we wouldn't have to carry our cooler and chairs the two blocks, the younger people (19 to 30) walked back and forth all three days we were there. No one had anything bad to say. We enjoyed ourselves so much and are very grateful to our host. They were responsive, they checked on was just a wonderful family vacation.

Our family and several friends came to St. Pete's Beach for a mini reunion and enjoyed every moment. By chance, our friends booked the condo right next to this one. We found the accommodations to be perfect for the 5 of us. It was clean, spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed to have a great time. We were surprised by all of the pool/beach toys and accessories! That was such a great touch. We would definitely recommend the space to anyone staying in St. Pete's. Thank you for contributing to a fantastic vacation.

We loved every minute of our stay! The views were beautiful just as pictured. The unit was very clean and had the supplies we needed to get started with. Lots of places were within walking distance including the grocery store. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Very nice family condo for 2 adults and 2 young children. Fully stocked kitchen and had beach equipment as well. Clean. Close to the beach.

This property is in a great location and close to many restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. Our car sat unused for most of the time. The unit was clean and had room enough for four adults.

Waves 8 and NextHome were exceptional. We booked last minute for the final days of our Florida holiday. This place is a little gem. So close to St Petes Beach, near to many bars and restaurants. Clean and accurate to description. Beautifully presented. The beds were the most comfortable of our whole holiday. We really appreciated the beach towels and cupboard full of beach equipment (chairs, parasol, cooler). NextHomes team had excellent communication and support. Thoroughly recommend this stay and NextHomes.

We really enjoyed our stay at Waves 8! It was the perfect getaway for 4 adults and appreciated all the beach gear (chairs, umbrella & cooler). Beds were comfortable and the kitchen amenities were very adequate, including dishwasher with soap. Location was perfect and we were able to walk to Upham Beach (our fave) as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. Area felt very safe even at night.

This place was perfect for our beach weekend with our inlaws. Beds are comfy, everything was clean! Easy to walk to the beach, just a few blocks away.

This unit had plenty of space, well-furnished with cute beach decor. Easy to access on the lower level, walking distance to several local dining and bar hot spots. You don't need a vehicle, so easy to catch a beach ride to many places just out of walking distance. Pool area is clean and cozy. The rental process was very easy. I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone looking for a St. Pete Beach rental that's close, but not directly on the beach. Washer and dryer in the unit is a huge bonus added!

Convenient, secure, clean, water pressure was low but had hot water when needed. Washer and dryer inside unit very appreciated. Unit is a little outdated, but still nice and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time with old friends in St. Pete. The condo, the pool area and the beach was awesome. Good times. The Condo was cute, clean and very convenient to everything, we would stay again.

The location of this rental was great! We were able to walk to restaurants to eat and the location to the beach was only a short walk. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The beds were comfortable and the room temp was awesome after hot days at the beach. We were pleased with the availability of beach chairs and a cooler as well.

This is the second time we have stayed in this complex. First, the complex itself is centrally located. You can walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. This unit specifically has lots of room, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and was great for our family for an extended period of time over the holidays.

The Waves property never fails to provide a wonderful experience. We enjoy the comfort of our unit and more importantly the wonderful friendships we have had the pleasure of creating!! Great place. Very clean,easy to get to. Two minute walk to the beach and very close to quite a few good restaurants. Loved our time at St. Pete.
