Unit was very clean and was as described. We have been to this area many times over the past 40:years, but never at this complex. It was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and beach was just across the street. No issues encountered. Would recommend for others to stay.

This is a lovely condo with a fantastic view. I watched the sun rise every morning from the balcony. The kitchen was very well-stocked. Our teenagers loved the proximity to St. Pete’s beach. They also borrowed tennis racquets and corn hole etc. from the store room. The swimming pool was very clean and rarely very busy. We saw manatees in the water on a regular basis. We would happily return to this condo!

Great vacation spot!

The Condo was exactly as described and pictured. The whole place was well cleaned and well stocked with what we needed. Not much for beach chairs or toys, etc., so I suggest buying, renting or bringing your own. That wasn't an issue though. The washer and dryer worked fantastic, and it was so nice being provided Tide to do our laundry. They also provided a nice welcome basket, and some good essentials like dish soap, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The beds were fine, and extra blankets and pillows were available. It was just a perfect amount of space for our little family of 4 (2 adults, and 2 children). We even had space in the bedroom to place a crib for our little one so it worked out great. The sunrises were amazing. Our family loved the pool for downtime when we weren't at the beach, shopping, eating, etc. It was a nice space and the enclosed area with grills was nice too. Location was fantastic and walkable to sooo many things. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

Just returned from a trip to the Sunrise Resort in St. Pete’s and it was ABSOLUTELY, EASILY, the best place we’ve vacationed!!! This will now be our annual vacation spot for sure. Location! Accommodations!! Staff!!! All absolutely PERFECT!!! 5+ stars.

Overall, we had a great experience with 405 condo & the Sunrise Resort. Very clean, great view over the bay and saltwater pool, great location in relation to stores & food. THINGS TO KNOW: Beach access is directly across the street betwn resorts (go thru Hertz lot), and check in/out was easy using keypad and info from realty service by text/email. There is cookware & plenty of dishes/utensils. Only salt & pepper provided & so we had to buy staples for cooking. All beds had clean linens and several extra pillows. Bathrooms had good amount of towels. Master BR closet is fine, but 2nd bedroom closet isn't usable due to linens and things being stored there and TV/nightstand in front of it. My teens hung shirts in the utility closet in kitchen and mostly lived out of suitcases b/c there's no dresser (was 1-2 drawers in the nightstand). About 20 hangers or so for use. Beds are tall enough to slide luggage under. In this unit: 4 pool towels, small 6' umbrella (no anchor) that fits 2 chairs under it, a single-size beach mat, 1 actual beach chair, and 2 small-seat camping chairs (although IMO, uncomfortable and too upright for beach use). I'd recommend the owners invest in 3 more actual beach chairs, a 2nd umbrella with anchors, a beach blanket, and a much-needed foldable drying rack for wet towels/suits (no hanging allowed on balcony rail). There is a tent-like sunshade for beach, but it's a kind of a pain to set up. We lacked total privacy in master BR b/c 3 slats of vertical blinds were missing, so people can see into room through balcony doors from LR couch and from balcony. Resort has access for guests to use sports equip, noodles, floats, grills. Enjoyed saltwater pool after beach. Good parking spot - under bldg. Recycling bins avail in covered garage area. St. Pete's is a little pricey for groceries (Publix) and many restaurants, so expect to spend some money here!

Exactly how its described and more! The place was in a very central location. Loved that my kids and I could walk to the beach in 2 minutes! It made going almost everyday so simple and easy. The condo came with beach supplies too which was really nice. But I cannot say enough about the view from the master bedroom. I wish I could wake up and fall asleep to the view of the water every day. The beds were clean and tidy. Enough space for my family of 5. The front desk ladies and property manager were all very kind and responsive. Definitely will be coming back here or any unit on their property again. I'm already excited!

This location is perfect for St. Pete Beach and easy access to downtown.

Pool was great, access to the beach across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Comfortable clean space, had everything we needed, short walk to the beach, within minutes of great restaurants and groceries. Only complaint would be that the screen doors were unusable when we wanted to let the breeze in. Balcony was awesome for watching the Manatees play daily, and sunrises were spectacular! We'll be back

Another fantastic vacation at Sunrise Resort! The property is immaculate, the onsite team is amazing, especially Nancy, and our condo, for the most part was perfect. The location on St. Pete Beach is excellent....the beach, restaurants and shops are just steps away.
The only unfavourable comment that we would make is that in our specific unit many of the kitchen accessories are in need of replacement.

Room was nice and clean with a great view of the bay. Staff is always helpful. Quiet environment but only cross the street for excitement on the beach. Great area to walk for shops or eating. Made reservations for next year!

It has become my favorite place to stay in St. Pete Beach.

Enjoyed our recent visit to sunrise resort.
Had a few issues with the condo. Overall it was ok.
We love the area . Grounds are very well cared for. Walking distance to beach , many restaurants within walking distance.

Second time we’ve stayed at Sunrise Resort and couldn’t be happier. Great facility, condos have a great floor plan, and faculty and grounds are kept in great shape. Pool and hot tub are awesome. Any problems were handled immediately by the staff. We will be back again.

A great property with a gorgeous view. The unit was very clean and well-equipped. Our teenagers appreciated the proximity to the beach and the games/equipment that could be borrowed. The swimming p pool is situated by the water and was always clean.

Great location! we enjoyed the pool and shuffleboard. beds weren’t the most comfortable but overall we had a great time! good communication room hosts and easy check in instructions.

Beautiful sunrise view of the Bay. Conveniently located to beach and several great restaurants. During our visit, the moonlight Bay was amazing too! The condo was clean and looked just like depicted on the website. The weather was perfect at 78 degrees in December. I have stayed at Sunrise resort over 20 times and it never disappoints!!

Our stay was pleasant with most expectations matching the photos and descriptions. One exception was the carpet in the bedroom which was heavily worn and dirty looking. Otherwise the unit was in good shape. The on-site property managers were excellent. Parking was free and easy with plenty of guest parking.

Great location near the beach! Our condo has a beautiful view of the bay and pool area. It was nice to have the tennis courts. We also enjoyed being so close to many places to eat.

I traveled with a group of 8 and rented two units. Both units were beautifully decorated and fully stocked with dishes, cookware and even baking dishes. We had everything we needed to cook and even wash our clothes at the end of a day of pool and beaching. The grounds are immaculate. It's an excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants and a short 5 min drive to the supermarket and pharmacy. The views are breathtaking. This is a place I would highly recommend to any family. We will definitely be back!

Location was great. Close enough to walk to the beach but not have to deal with any of the noise. Unit was clean and stocked with everything one needs to cook, lounge and clean up.

I would recommend this location to anyone. Staff was great, property was quiet and well maintained.

This vacation rental was a great experience. The location is great, it’s right in St. Pete beach with just a short walk to the beach. The rental was clean and fully stocked with everything you’d need while on vacation. Recommend this stay!

Reservation experience was easy. Nancy in the office is always pleasant and professional. Grounds keeping is well maintained and any maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
Condo location has a great view and is exactly as pictured. Unit 405 needs a new sofa. Current one has no support left. Also, the bar stools are too tall for the counter height.

Strictly beach vacation due to COVID. Great location. Across the street from beach access.

Our week at the Sunrise was wonderful. The weather for the week was absolutely perfect. We spent most of our time at the beach which was an easy short walk across the street. We'd watch the sun rise from our balcony, or while we were shelling down in Pass-a-Grille. We'd watch the sunset at the beach across the street. Took walks along the beach, walk to the store and restaurants. With the crazy week, we'd get our dinners to go and eat as a family at the condo. We enjoyed watching the manatees and relaxing by the pool. The convenience of having the washer & dryer is also a definite plus. The staff are such friendly and helpful people - enjoyed our conversations with Nancy & Dawn. Can't wait to return!

This is a good location with a traffic light at our intersection with Gulf Blvd. The grounds of Sunrise are in great condition. I reported a couple of concerns with our condo with staff that will reportedly be passed on to the owner.
