Sunrise Resort 312 -

Felt right at home. right across from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. They also had beach chairs for us to use and a small portable cooler with wheels. The host was very attentive, even let us have a late checkout. only con to our stay was the beds it was a little hard for our liking, we prefer softer beds. Would definitely recommend.

The place was very clean and cute. Since we were flying in we couldn’t bring beach stuff. It was nice to have chairs, an umbrella and coolers for the beach. The beach was right across the street. The location was awesome. A lot of restaurants in walking distance and Publix down the road was very convenient. The pool was also nice to have! A lot of lounge chairs and a grill. I would definitely stay here again.

I've had a great time staying at this resort. it is very close to the beach. Room was clean and exactly as described.

The place was as advertised! We vacationed as a family of 4 and the property was perfect. Second bedroom and bathroom was perfect with two teenagers. Super clean and everything you need in the kitchen (plates, utensils, glasses, toaster, Mr. Coffee and Keurig machine.) Four beach towels, two beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, and fishing poles that we used in the cove were all provided. We rented an umbrella, extra chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon from a company that was super helpful. Directly across the street from the beach and easy to walk to (street light at the corner helps.) Property amenities were as described. Highly recommend!

Perfection and move in ready for your stay! We stayed here for about 10 days in July 2024 and enjoyed every minute. We are a family of 3; two adults and our 6 year old daughter. She enjoyed having the entire room to herself. The end unit was quiet and gave us some privacy as nobody walks past you. The front and back seating is wonderful to enjoy with two different views at any time of the day. Our family loved the pool and we spent most of our stay in it. The beach is fabulous as well, only a few minutes walk directly across the street through a path. There are a lot of wonderful restaurants near by and other stores as well such as Publix, Starbucks, Chic-fil-A, etc. We loved the St. Pete's area, can't wait to return soon!

Our Family of 3 stayed in Unit 312 in July 2024 for a week and had the best time ever! Everything that you need is in this unit. The owners of this condo take great pride in their place and make sure that their guests are equipped with everything that's required. The nestled corner unit was perfect and very quiet. The spare bedroom with the two beds was ideal for our 6-year-old daughter who had the entire room to herself and loved it. Our master bedroom was perfect for the two of us and very spacious. The kitchen has everything that you need. We spent most of our time by the pool which was perfect temperature- the condo grounds are all well-kept. The beach is beautiful and is just within a 5min walk. St Pete's Beach area is stunning, we cannot wait to reach to this unit specifically, we felt right at home here!

This was our first time vacationing in St Pete beach. Sunrise resort is a great place to stay. Unit 312 is on the end of the building which to us was convenient to the stairs to get right out to e beach, pool, car, basically anything. The tennis/pickle ball court is well taken care of and the grounds well groomed. The manatee out by the dock was a pleasure to see and a pleasant surprise for our family. Especially seeing the manatee and her baby together. The unit offers a lot of amenities in the closet for guests and it was fun fishing off the dock with catch and release. The beach was not crowded any day and the we were fortunate to have great weather all week. We definitely would like to visit again. For those that don’t know there is a free shiuttle service called freebee and the “trolley” buses in St Petersburg are also free, wish we would have realized that sooner but live and learn. The unit was clean and well appointed. The master king size bed was comfortable but a little springy compared to ours at home so if one of us moved the other always felt it. The twin bed’s mattresses were thinner than expected and hard, almost like camp mattresses. The kids did sleep okay on them but would have preferred something more comfortable. Other than that the unit is a nice beach condo with a good view of the sunrise and sunset from the front and back. We enjoyed our stay and would return. As for cleaning the condo was clean but the couch could use a shampoo at the end of the season and the floors were sandy when we arrived (we realize it is the beach. lol). If the owners replace the twin beds we would certainly come back to this condo. Property management and rental company were a pleasure to work with and the property has a large community area to share pool and beach items for those who don’t drive down.

Great condo directly across the street from the beach. Condo was clean and well organized. Back balcony was great for sunsets. Pool area was nice and clean. Grilling area was also nice equipment with well maintained Weber gas grills that fired right up. Would definitely stay here again.

The Sunrise is our favourite place to stay on St Pete. Every unit is spacious and always very clean. The location and and views from the front and back balconies are also fantastic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Bay views off the back porch and ocean view from the front porch were fantastic and so relaxing! They had all the amenities we needed, including beach cooler, cart, toys and boogie boards, drying rack and luggage rack, and plenty of space. A short walk to the beach and restaurants appropriate for adults or kids. We loved the space by the pool and tennis courts, dock, etc because we didn’t need to pay to do anything else during our stay! This residence was decorated so well, stocked with nice appliances, and we loved the couch! We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend to those coming to this area!

Great place. Just as listed. Great location with very short walk to the beach across the street.

Stay was too short, didn’t want to return to the north with snow and cold.
Only concern was the renovation in the next unit was noisy and the contractors smoking on the balcony, which drifted into our unit.

Loved the unit! Had a blast on our trip and the condo was absolutely great! Would definitely recommend and hope to repeat visit in the future!

Great condo experience. Check in and check out was easy. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Enjoyed that there were beach chairs, sunbrella, and beach games in the condo and pickle ball and tennis rackets available at the office to borrow. Also nice that there was laundry services in room. We had plenty of towels for our stay. One day our toilet stopped running and the front desk came right away to inspect and called the plumber in our behalf. Overall great stay and location. Would definitely come back for another stay.

Fabulous experience! We really loved it. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Our unit was truly lovely. The furniture was comfortable and the unit was very clean. We were able to enjoy sunsets as well as beautiful sunrises. We would definitely stay again.
