The condo, amenities and location were great! Close to stores, restaurants and the beach was right across the street. Mostly everything was within walking distance. I loved how everything in the condo was new, updated and clean. I also liked that your property had security. It made my family feel safe. We definitely will look to stay in one of your properties again.

The condo, amenities and location were great! Close to stores, restaurants and the beach was right across the street. Mostly everything was within walking distance. We had a splendid three week stay in December 2023. Our family felt extremely comfortable in this high end, renovated, very clean and elegant unit.
The owner’s attention to detail and overall taste is remarkable.
We hope to return to Sunrise Resort. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and all commodities is very convenient.
The management is very prompt, attentive and efficient.

We had a wonderful time at Sunrise Resort! Great location to the beach, gorgeous view and access to the bay, close to shopping and restaurants, and felt secure. The kids had fun in the pool and playing pickle ball. Our unit was BEAUTIFULLY updated and decorated. We would definitely return!

From the pictures, I expected this condo to be nice...but the pictures do not do it justice. One can tell that this owner spent some money on renovating this unit. Of course I have not seen every unit in this complex but I am willing to bet it is one of the nicest ones. This unit is modernly updated and very nicely furnished. I absolutely loved the color scheme of this unit. The beds were very comfortable. The showers have two shower heads and are awesome. I enjoyed sitting on the comfortable patio furniture. The unit is towards the end so it is not right by the at times rowdy pool. The kitchen meets every need you may have. The coffee machine takes k-cups or will make a pot of coffee. We did not rent a car, this unit is in walking distance to everything. The only disappointment I had was that I had to leave and not stay there forever. My advice would be not to wait to book because you may miss out.

Thank you for the great stay. Condo is beautifully decorated and looks amazing! Best one we have ever stayed at. We really enjoyed it here and loved relaxing in the comfy patio chairs balcony. Thanks again and we would love to stay here in our future visits to St. Pete.
