Sunrise Resort 308

We had a wonderful stay - excellent communication, great apartment and a beautiful view from the rooms and balcony (including the occasional manatee and dolphin). Happy to recommend!

This property is located in a great location in the heart of St Pete Beach. Close to the beach and many restaurants. The property is very well maintained and the unit was well equipped and very clean. Would highly recommend and will return.

First time in the area and it did not disappoint. The property was very clean, quiet, and convenient. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will return and look forward to our next stay.

We have stayed in Sunrise Resort 308 for 3 years. It’s a great location for walking the beach and dining at restaurants. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The area to grill is well maintained.Our master bath had a problem that was not resolved.

This is a wonderful property close to beach and with nice amenities including pool area , grill area, shuffle board and tennis courts , beautiful view of bay from your patio and sightings of the manatees daily , kitchen has most items you need to cook in and multiple eating places within a couple miles

Awesome condo and great location!!! Pool and hot tub were nice. Got to see manatees in the bay, which was super cool.

Good stay and everything fine

Great condo right across the street from beach access. It was just what we needed to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We loved that there were 2 full baths and the balcony overlooking the bay was beautiful for afternoon cocktails and morning coffee. We were on the beach at a perfect time- still warm, but not busy at all!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to the beach, stores, restaurants, and night life. My only complaint is that there was a definite ant problem at the pool.

That's property was clean and had a great layout. We utilized the kitchen which was fully stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment. The amenities were great with a wonderful pool and equipment to play in the water. We would stay in this property again for sure.

Very nice property and location. Everything was perfect. Very clean. Comfy beds. Beautiful sunrise every morning on back deck and sunsets on the other side out front door. Quiet and close to beach access. We even saw a dolphin in the bay our last night. Thank you!

Sunrise Resort is a great place to stay. You can walk to many restaurants. The beach is just across the street for great sunsets. And you can watch the sunrise over the bay to the east. And my husband loves the fishing pier.

Very nice place, cleanly and VERY friendly/helpful staff. We got to see some manatees in the bay right off the dock at the condo. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with our rental. The check in and check out went smooth. The condo was clean and well stocked for basic cooking. The silverware and glasses were a bit worn, but otherwise all good.

We loved our stay at the Sunrise Resort. The location is great with Boca Ciega Bay out the back and the Gulf across the street. Comfortable beds, nice showers, and great views. We could walk to many restaurants , and of course, we could walk the beach.

Everything was perfect for our stay. Check in and check out was super easy and the condo was very clean, well cared for, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with everything you would need. Beautiful views and really enjoyed cooking on the grill there.

Great; love the place; we were in 308; we were in 306 last year; liked the view and kitchen equipment better last year. Some expected items like coffee filters not provided. The place was somewhat dirty—the metal grates for the filters for the AC were filthy. The ceiling in the master bedroom had mildew near the closet. Otherwise, great stay.

Very impressed with how clean the condo was during our stay. Definitely had great views and nice amenities. Would recommend to any future guests.

The condo was very nice and clean. But the best part is the location. There is a view of the bay area off the deck, and the beach is only across the street. The grocery store Publix market is only 1/2 a mile away and there are restaurants, bakery every where.

This condo is in a great location. The beach is just across the street. The pool was perfect. We loved that there were grills for us to use and a fully equipped kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. The condo was clean and well-maintained. It really had everything we needed. We came for a family vacation with our 2 year old and the only thing we had to pack were our clothes.

This place was perfect for our Florida vacation! Views from the balcony are beautiful overlooking the pool area and bay, path to St Pete’s beach is directly across the street, walking distance to groceries, restaurants and beach shops. We loved our stay! Our condo had beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and toys all included. There are tennis rackets and balls available at the office. Bedrooms were spacious, plenty of closet and storage space and washer and dryer right in the unit! Extra towels and tons of extra blankets in closets. We will definitely be back! Note that only one roll of paper towels is included and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We just picked up some extra when we got groceries. The property is very well maintained. Every morning the maintenance man is out cleaning up and putting things in order. Grounds crews were there frequently maintaining trees, lawn and landscape. Security was there on weekends to maintain safety and security. Quiet hours are enforced and everyone was super respectful. My only complaint is that the condo wasn’t as clean as I’d expected. There was trash behind the dresser and old towels under it which we discovered when we accidentally bumped it and moved it slightly. The closet where the chairs and things were kept had obviously not been cleaned or cleaned out for a very long time. The seat cushions on the dining chairs were worn and mismatched and the pillows on the couches were ripped. Overall though this was the perfect place for our family get away and we will DEFINITELY be back!

We have stayed at the sunrise for several years now and will be back again next year. The sunrise is very family friendly and the location is unmatched. Amazing restaurants and kid friendly activities are a walk away.
