Clean. Friendly. Helpful. Convenient. Loved our stay was very quiet and layed back. Will differently stay with y’all again.

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. It was easy to find, in a great location and it was easy to navigate. I did struggle with the key box but that was my fault. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The beach is your backyard. The pool was clean and inviting. In my opinion it was the most well stocked airbnb I’ve stayed in. They had everything kitchen wise you could need, and loads of beach/pool accessories. But I have to say one thing that stuck out to everyone was how dadgum comfortable all the beds were. Even the sleeper sofa! After we checked out the host called to inform me that I had left something important behind and they were making arrangements to get it back to me. Clean, well stocked, great location, very reasonable price, helpful host. It was perfect!

Perfect location! You can walk right to the beach. Love treasure island and this location is perfect on that beach. It’s a little old amenities wise, but you are not getting this apartment for the amenities. Get it for the location!

The condo was very nice and the location is great. A bit further from the beach than anticipated but that was from my perception not incorrect information. The walk down was pretty quick. Close to John's Pass which is great for dining and shopping. Had a great time.

Perfect location great guest throughout hotel. Room very clean. Only issue we had was the washing machine breaking first night but things happen and we understand overall great expreience

Perfect place for a long weekend with friends. Walking distance to so many places and close walk to beach.

This condo was exactly what our family needed for our vacation. There was lots to do close by. We enjoyed being a short walk to the beach, and having a pool, too.

Overall great location and property. Only hiccup was unclear directions about where the lockboxes were to get our room key as we were late arrivals. We found it with a bit of exploring before needing to reach out to the manager. Amenities were great. Only drawback was missing a drain stopper on the bathroom for our little one to take a bath... Would stay again!

We stayed in the exact condo 4 years ago, and wejust got back from 6 days there again! For our family of 5, it is just perfect. Clean, equipped condo and LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. On the beach is huge and a pool and you can walk to just about everything you need. We will be coming back next year!

We stayed 3 weeks in February at the South Beach condos and enjoyed every minute of it.

The location of this unit is perfect. wonderful beach walks every day. Several restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to Clearwater, St. Petes and Tampa for day trips.

Great location. Great view of the beach. Guest closet was filled with beach accessories which was awesome. We had 6 people in the condo and everyone was comfortable. Balcony overlooking the pool and the beach with the sunset was incredible.

Great place to stay for a family vacation. Ocean view. Short walk to the beach. The beach is not crowded at all. They have all of the beach gadgets! Nice warm pool. Easy parking when we were there.

We rented Unit 308 the week of December 28th. The view from this unit is beautiful and the unit is nicely furnished and well equipped. There was a major demolition taking place right next door during our stay. We were on the beach or gone during the day so it was not a major issue. The weather was great and the restaurant experience was a good as always. My few suggestions for this unit are as follows: The mattress is the master bedroom needs replaced. The bathroom in the master needs somewhat of a facelift. It is very small and I suggest taking the tub out and putting in a nicely tiled shower, and update the flooring in the bathroom. Adding a sawgrass rug under the table in the dining area would help with the noise factor and marks on the floor when moving the chairs. Finally, I spent some time cleaning the patio chairs before we could sit on them. South Beach Condo itself is a very nice complex and managed well. We will most likely stay there again sometime.

Great location for families. Has everything you will need

We so enjoyed our stay in this condo. It’s one of the most well appointed condos we’ve ever rented. Sometimes they don’t even have salt and pepper! This one had a spice cabinet, every pot and dish you need ( and not just 4 each), coffee packs, and some toiletries. The only minor drawback is that you don’t get the sunset view from the balcony. There are trees obstructing the view. You just have to walk down to the beach. It was neat and clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony watching the green parrots that live in the tree across the walkway. The toys and games that were in the kids room were a plus! We love this property and have stayed at this property many times, different units. This unit has everything you could ever need. It's a beach location so it's hard to keep clean. There are minor repairs needed but expected.

Everything about the rental was perfect - the set up, the amenities, and the location. It was extremely clean and we felt very comfortable with the COVID precautions they took. Our kids are already begging to return!
