This vacation was comprised of everything we wanted. The condo was bright, clean, and modern. We had spectacular views from both decks, the east and the west. Most mornings we watched a spectacular sun rise while drinking coffee. We also saw the manatee play from our east deck. Loved our stay at this location and would love to return.

Quiet place with all the amenities. Locked entrance for added security. Byo beach accessories and good walking shoes. Gas grills for cooking out, mixers for the margaritas and a beautiful view. Friendly staff and people, this is the place to return to year after year!

I stayed in an apartment in the sunrise Resort on Gulf Blvd in St Pete Beach,Fl it was a beautiful apartment with updated kitchen and bathrooms. There were a few negatives (like a broken ironing board, and vertical blinds which did not fully close in the living room.) I also had a little trouble with the TV where the guide was not working, but there are three TVs in the apartment!
However, the cleaning that was done before I came was superb, especially in light of an ongoing COVID pandemic. I especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the canal and a view of the sunset on the beach which I could see from the front of the building.
The heating and air conditioning unit was excellent making, for a very comfortable stay even as the weather changed from very cold to warm during my stay.
Great location, helpful staff, private area! Saw a baby shark and a manatee out in the bay. We were accidentally given the wrong door code at check in, and the staff was very quick to help us out and get us a new code! Will definitely be staying here again. Had an absolutely great time here- beautiful location and very private area which made our get-away so much better!
