Beach Trail Bungalow Triplex

The house is very spacious and accommodated our large group well. We rented the entire unit and it worked out great. The backyard is very private and a short walk down a path to the beach. The views from the house are gorgeous. We would definitely recommend this place for a large family.

Property was as advertised. Spacious, clean, comfortable, direct beach access. Mattresses could use a refresh, but overall a great experience. The covered carport was great feature on rainy days. Beach was very close, plentry of parking for the 3 families and covered carpot was a plus for rainy days

We had a great week in this rental. Everything was as it was listed. They even had a storage closet full of beach chairs, a tent and sand toys for the kids. I would definitely rent this place again.

This house served my purpose 100%. It was pure family time. Having these many family members together for 4 days and seeing them enjoy themselves, together and alone, was "PRICELESS". Thank you!

We loved having everything we needed for a fun family vacation on the beach. The house was perfect for our family. We loved that there were chairs and beach equipment in the storage closet. The house was well appointed with all the basic items necessary for our family. We loved our stay in this home.

Needed a place to sleep 14 people of varying age and mobility. Was nice have two ground floor units for those with trouble negotiating stairs. Would have been perfect if you could have walked right to the water directly from the back yard. There was not protected access over the dunes so we had to go around.

When we arrived the garbage containers were full and overflowing with garbage. Also, Unit B had palmetto bugs. NextHome Realty was very responsive and sent pest control to deal with the palmetto bugs.

It's located directly on the beach. Hungry? Gotta go to the bathroom? No worries, your vacation home sits on the beach! I went with my family; mom and sisters and their better halves. Plenty of space for 9 of us. Great kitchen accessories for cooking (we did very little). The lack of stairs on the front deck did not bother us (some have mentioned). Plenty of parking for groups. The photo of the beach closet is a little misleading...doesn't look that nice (but it is a rental). However we brought beach chairs and a neso canopy. There are great loungers on the decks facing the ocean. Hopefully, they replace some lightbulbs.

This property was perfect for our vacation! Four families were able to enjoy the 3 units, and paid the extra pet fee to bring along 3 dogs (each under 25lbs). The beach views from the patio/porch/deck were amazing! There were stairs to the 2nd floor patio that were unfinished, but that info was included in the description so we knew to stay clear of it. The direct access to the beach was a huge hit with everyone, along with the chairs, umbrella, and toys in the beach closet. We enjoyed having family dinners in the main unit (either by cooking food ourselves or bringing back take-out). If you are thinking about a beach vacation for a large group, I highly recommend booking this property!

The house worked great in accommodating our family group of 14. The view was amazing. The balcony is in process of being repaired so the stair access was gone and the cleaning could have been a little better. The manager Marnie was great and very responsive. I would definitely love to go here again!

The Beach house was awesome. Everything was up to date and the house was clean. It was nice having 3 separate units. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Great sunset views!

Location Location Locations This space is wonderful!!!! We rented the whole house for a week and really enjoyed it. The house is well equipped with all the kitchen stuff you need!! The beds are a little soft so just beware of that but who cares with a wonderful view of the Gulf!! The 3 bedroom unit upstairs had plenty of room for all 9 of us to eat dinner, play games and watch movies! The sunsets from the patio was breathtaking too!!

Every thing was neat and clean...two apartments below were great and just fit our guests...were in town for a wedding. I'm sure when the steps to the deck are finished it will be even better. Enjoyed our stay.

A great value and an awesome view, Perfect little house for a small family or a couple. Beautiful view out of your back door, and the patio area is perfect for enjoying the sunset over dinner

Nice place that needs some love! Rear deck was inoperable due to severe rotting on top deck, property desperately needs landscaped, house overall in Good condition but needs some LOVE!
