This is our second year here and it is a great location. It is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. There was plenty room for all 10 of us, especially because the floor plan is so open. He pool is kept clean and there is a beautiful view from the balcony. You won’t regret staying here!!

Perfect for our family vacation. The house is as awesome as the pictures and had everything we needed for the pool and the beach.

Although the weather was cooler than we expected early in our stay (no fault of the house!!), we enjoyed the house and the location. Easy access to an uncrowded beach, plenty of resources close on the main drag, several great restaurants, etc. For the 6 of us, the house was very comfortable, and wasn't "overdone". We've rented many beach houses over the years, and some try too hard to make it like a resort. This house is one of our favorites from the past several years. No complaints, would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

We stayed in this house with 4 adults and 3 kids. It was plenty of space for us all. We had everything we needed. The toys, boards, and chairs in the garage were nice to have. Perfect location, not too busy but still stuff around to do. Loved having close beach access so we could go back to the house as needed. House was very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for places to stay in Treasure Island!

We had 4 adults and 3 kids in this house and it was perfect size. Loved the easy access to the beach. They provided everything we needed and more. They have some beach toys, chairs, and boards in the garage and the kids loved that. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area. We loved it!

Mgt responded very quickly with a pool issue. We were very pleased.

We stayed here with 2 other couples (6 adults, 4 kids). This was our first time staying in a house instead of a condo and it was so worth the money! I have 3 kids (ages 6, 2, and an 11 month old baby) so having a pool to ourselves and having our own pathway to the beach was so convenient. My kids don’t last long on the beach so it was nice to be able to go back and forth from the beach to the pool so quickly. The house had a shower outside to wash all the sand off of us. They had a ton of beach chairs, beach toys, 2 canopies, a beach cart, boogie boards, and they even had one of those things that you can dig a hole in the sand and put it down and fill it with water for the baby. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. There is a public beach access right next to the house but it never disrupted our vacation. It was a quiet, relaxing area. It’s right down the road from John’s Pass which was great! The pool was clean and the perfect size for the kids. My 6 year old could touch in the shallow end and the deep end wasn’t very big so he was able to swim in the deep end without floaties and he did fine. The house is well maintained and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. They provided beach towels. There is an extra fridge in the garage which was nice. There was a booster seat, pack n play, and baby gates provided. We were able to watch Netflix on the rokus provided which was great for the kids. The customer service was great. Anytime I had a question they were quick to respond to my emails. One of my kids left a baby blanket behind and they mailed it back to us! My only 2 complaints: 1. The queen bed in the room with the bunk beds was so hard and uncomfortable. My 2 boys ended up sleeping in the queen bed and my husband and I slept on the bottom bunk of the bunk beds because it was so bad. 2. The spa would heat up for a few minutes and then it would be cold again. (Yes, I followed the directions provided). Overall, I would 10/10 r

Eventide was just perfect for our family. Plenty of space in the living room/kitchen area, kitchen was well equipped, pool and entire property was extremely clean, comfortable beds and easy and quick access to the beautiful beach and clear gulf waters. What a perfect vacation spot for us!!!

What a beautiful home and vacation experience! The home was perfect setting for our family vacation. Located perfectly to the beach, shops, restaurants and ice cream. Each evening we captured the perfect sunset! The home had everything we needed for our stay. Certainly would recommend this vacation home!!!! We loved it and left with many memories...

We had an amazing stay at this house. From the customer service of the company to the updates and cleanliness of the house, everything was much more than expected. The house is located in a great area that is very close to everything you would need. The beach is beautiful and not very crowded. The house has everything you need from towels, beach chairs, pack n play, booster seat, baby gates, fishing poles, beach toys.... the list goes on. The pool is great and it has a nice shaded area for you to sit while the kids play. The big back porch was great for relaxing at night time, and the huge sliding doors make for a beautiful view. The house is very well kept both inside and outside. The garage for parking was an extra bonus too! We stayed with 5 adults and 2 small children and had plenty of space for everyone. I would recommend this location!

This property is perfect for families looking for a breach vacation spot. The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Great location, too! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Eventides!

This is a dream home right on the beach! It was perfect for 2 families. We had an amazing stay and were very impressed with how updated and clean the house was. We loved spending time in the pool and the beach! We will definitely be back!

Staying at Eventide Oasis was a wonderful vacation. We were four adults and two young teenagers. This home was very clean, well equipped and everything worked. The people at NextHome were always prompt in answering questions about electronics/ pool, etc.. We were impressed that pool tech people came 3 times during our 10 day stay to check the Ph of the pool. Everyone loved the easy private beach access. The pool was used throughout our stay. The home sets quietly and with great privacy. Publix grocery is an easy Uber and John's Pass offers shopping, food and water rental's of all kinds. This property is on our "all time" best list and hope we can enjoy again in the near future.

Really enjoyed staying here! Property was clean and they had pretty much everything we needed. Right on the beach was awesome. The Hot tub was really nice and heated up fast! Would stay again for sure.

This rental is exactly as described. Clean and fully stocked. Ocean views are exceptional. Quiet property. Welcome basket was a wonderful surprise. Will definitely return

Excellent location. Close to inlet so your less than 5 minutes away for a fishing excursion. Close to Resturant’s. House was in a quiet area. Fully stocked and super clean. Home in excellent condition. Pool was very clean. The views from the living area are magnificent

We stayed here with eight 30-something moms looking for a relaxing long weekend and this house could not have been more perfect for what we were looking for. We had relaxing morning walks on the beach, sunny afternoons by the pool, and enjoyed the beach by moonlight each night. The bathrooms and kitchen are beautifully updated and had everything we needed for our stay. While we did not need to leave the house during our stay, but there are restaurants on John's pass within walking distance to house.
The home alarm went off on its own one night during dinner, but the property management emergency line was prompt at answering our calls and disarming it quickly. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

8 of us 30-something moms came here for a 4 day get away and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Furnishings/bathrooms are beautifully updated and new. The house had everything we needed and didn’t leave the house once. We enjoyed h th e pool during the day, grilled and cooked dinner in the evenings, and enjoyed wine on the beach by moonlight at night. Sunset views were incredible. The house provided beach towels, beach chairs and pool floaties. It is within walking distance to a few restaurants which is a great option as well. We can’t wait to book this house again.

This is a wonderful property that is just about exactly as described. It is newly updated, offered plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, very clean and has amazing beach access. The pool and spa were a nice addition after a day at the beach. The location is great as well - it was a short walk (1/2 mile) to Johns Pass where there was plenty of shopping and restaurants as well as activity. The only reason I didn't give this property 5 stars was because there was a rental property two doors down that frequently hosted parties late into the night/early morning. We loved our week at the beach and look forward to being able to return to this Treasure Island property some day.

This was a perfect house for an 8 person girls weekend! Clean, roomy, nicely stocked and updated! Disappointed in the communication with the rental company. I had communicated before a request to check in early (2:00 vs 4pm) and was told it would depend on if they could get it ready by then and to check in the day of. I texted early to see about check in, again when we arrived as well as leaving a voicemail. We heard nothing until 6:30. A curt message stating they were busy and couldn’t get back to us about early check in. We arrived at 2 to see if we could get in and they house was vacant and appeared to be ready- we waited the two hours until we could enter at 4. I would have preferred to have been told before we left that if they were too busy to respond an early check in would not be possible, rather than if it was ready. We were more than willing to pay for the early arrival. We also experienced a rude pool cleaner, who just walked right in, onTuesday and told us we had to get out of the pool. When we questioned him he was sarcastic and rude, telling us we wouldn’t be able to get back in the pool. When we objected, he said we could get back in after 15 minutes. He could have been more respectful - like “Hi ! Here to clean the pool. I’ll just need you to get out for 15min. Thanks!”

My husband, adult daughter and her friend spent a completely relaxing 2 weeks in this perfectly appointed house. The location was very quiet and private, the beach and sunsets were incredible, and the house was clean, updated and had everything we could possibly need. We’re headed back for a full month next winter!
